What is better:

A )+100 +100 0 0 0 Shirt   

or

B )0 0 +20 0 0 0 Shirt

for "know-how" player- is the +20 bonus always superior or combined bonus +200 to non primary atribute counts as better ?

Rainbow is better in most cases. Items of your own classes are better when you need a lot of attack and are willing to sacrifice everything else (Which can be useful to defeat some strong opponents, or Pantheon - which typically has a super high defense, so you need a lot of attack to do some significant damage)

When comparing 2 rainbow items, I usually give a x2 weight to stats of my own class, and x1 to each secondary stat. So "+200 secondary" is better than "+20 primary", but equivalent to "+100 Primary".

My tactic is: no loose in main stat and the sum of the character stats (Hardcore, Charm, Know How) should be positiv. Harmony and Endurance isn't much relevant from equipment.

Are you using one of the community scripts? If so you can play about with your equipment combinations (and other combinations team wise) and check your win % in different situations. @45026831 and @Tom208's scripts are a master class that can really help you up your game
