With ~60 % you may expect to win more or less 2 times, what happens? You loose 3 times.. Same on the otherside. Win chance 33% you expect maybe one, you get two. Not only in leagues but in seasons the same. You take the green one with something > 80 %, you loose. You take the one with 15%, you mostly win.... With 64.24% chance, losing 3 times in a row has a chance of 4.57% (if I haven't screwed up my math). Which means it could happen 1 time in about 22 tries. That's not a very rare occurence.
