So, I went through and did the great-10-orbs game and ended up getting megamilf but did not get a second women please fix this issue

Have you shards left?

There is a limit of 1000 shards/10 girls you can get from DD.

For example from my test-server account, where I consumed all shards:

Did you have other girls on Great Pachinko? You can check, enter the Great Pachinko, and you'll see a list of available girls there, or not at all. When you have girls available on that Pachinko type, you'll see a square bunny sign under the Pachinko name (between the sword and heart-shaped present signs).

If there were no other girls available in that specific type of Pachinko, you couldn't get another girl (but affection items - Epic Flowers).

Megamilf was the recently added Girl to Great Nightclub (GP) Pool in ComixHarem.

My pool is empty for some time now, given that @Newpseudo01's Account is much older than mine, I guess it is the same there.
