  1. Welp just finished 'A Second Chance' events boss girls. Pretty great RNG all throughout aside from that 0-16 start on Nicole and a couple other small lulls in the action. Helps make up for my moderately below average luck during the Epic Days event. 112 attacks for Nicole, 86 for Pooky, 198 attacks overall. Shard rate was above 15%
  2. I don't think I've posted any of my results lately, but I've had a few results from both my actual account and test accounts of Revival girls running over 200 attacks. The ~154 number per girl I've put forth in other threads is a pretty average amount for revivals. It seems like generally you get 1 girl in 110-150 and then the other will take like 150-180, putting you close to that ~308 total attack number for both +/- 30 or 40 attacks in either direction. EDIT: I'm doing pretty well this revival, but wont be posting those results til it's done. In the mean time here are the Spring Revival Events results (Virginia/Lola across 3 accounts).
  3. Depends on the event. Regular events (12 day ones) are pretty much the only ones mathematically where you're likely to get the two girls without having to use any kobans. Revival events are also pretty close, but the educated estimates put you at 0-3 possible refills to get both girls. Epic and Legendary events both require a moderate to substantial amount of refills now (Epic ~333 attacks per girl, Legendary ~500 attacks per girl) unless you get the 100 jackpot or get luckier than lucky with shard rate.
  4. Jennie is 16534/3101hourly = 5.33 hrs or 5 hr 20 minutes give or take Golden bunny is 20400/3600 = 5.66 hrs so roughly 5hr 40 minutes Bunny makes 500 more every hour, not sure what's bothering you.
  5. All these girls have the same hourly* income so it doesn't really matter whether it pays out 20k or 5k, its the same income if you sit there and collect it all day. The truth of the matter is you need to be checking every 5-30 minutes to collect all the money anyway if you genuinely want the max amount your girls are providing. Yes the 5k girl will probably end up with more overall 'lost income' while you sleep or are unable to check for hours at a time, but otherwise it's all the same stuff. If you catch a long time to collect girl at a bad time it could not be collected that entire time you're sleeping as well. There's so much variation in time to collect income between girls you have to be collecting every few minutes if you want all the income anyway. *yes, it's a blanket statement since most/all 3 star girls are 1270 hourly income and 5 star girls are ~3600 and the starters amounts vary as well.
  6. Well as far as clicking that many player vs villain attacks goes, you can probably do ~60+/- a minute with the f5 rapid fire refresh technique, that's still only like 3600 attacks an hour, so yeah it'd take a while.
  7. On the beach relaxing, after a long day exploring. Hentai Heroes ID: 1239220
  8. I think it's really a matter of does the amount of endurance/ego gained, outweigh the amount of attack lost when considering that most fights against equally strong opponents will be ~6-8 attacks. I think you'd find that generally 'attack' is better, plus you're getting some additional benefits from the actual stat hc/kh/charm etc vs pure endurance boost which is useless outside of boosting endurance lol.
  9. Pretty much is impossible to get any girl in an Epic days or Legendary days event now without refills unless you land the 100 jackpot. Epic days girls are guesstimated ~333 attacks to acquire - you only get 192 free attacks + 20 you maybe saved up before event starts and 0-8 from arena dailies (League rewards too if it overlaps the event time, but not everyone is sexpert 2 or higher) I've run 4 tests and the attacks to acquire were 214 (100 crit at 87 shards), 248, 288, 348. Though 4 isn't a large sample size, it pretty much reaffirms that you have to spend some kobans on refills. Not really unexpected. I had to spend kobans last Epic days as well, so it's not a big deal, though you might have to spend more than usual, HOWEVER every girl is acquirable within a fairly consistent range now. You probably won't get a girl in 20 attacks anymore, but you also won't be stuck spending 30+ refills either on a stubborn one either. Now you're basically putting ~12-18 refills on a girl to get her (ignoring free combativity). If you only wanted one girl and factor in the events free combativity, you probably need somewhere between 2-8 refills.
  10. @ZackMacKenzie Interesting. Just FYI I use the 10% and shard average as a simple guide that's easy for people to understand. It works as a good indicator of how things will go the grand scheme of things, even though in reality what I've experienced is something more along the lines of a general 10.5%-12% shard rate and the shard average tends to be a little lower (as your results indicated) than the assumed mathematical average. The number of overall attacks needed to get X girl end up being quite similar to the guesstimation formula (10% shard rate + assumed shard average), but obviously rng is involved so the number of total attacks can vary to some extent, ranging from considerably less to, I'd say, ~20% more as a reasonable amount/expectation. I don't think I've had any variation by the end of an event wider than about 10% on the negative/bad side. Most of the time I feel like I end up about average or slightly better when all is said and done based on a majority of my testing. I ran 3 accounts for this event and the results were 320, 325 and 340 total attacks to acquire both girls. So I was below average with every account, but not egregiously so. The 'guesstimated' total was ~308, and at worst I was 10% over that. Which if you started the event with 0 attacks and had to buy refills would have been 5, which would have been covered by the dailies and event missions. I'll post the actual results at some point. Have to decide if I want to organize them further. I doubt it, I've run multiple tests across all the event types now (including epic days) and the shard rates are a pretty solid 10.5-12%, that doesn't mean you can't get 8.5% rates or 15% rates, but those aren't the norm from what I've seen across like 25 tests.
  11. I was talking about regular old boss girls. There was in fact a pity system built in for those. Every failed attack would increase the chance for success. (There was no 'pity system' for event girls, attack 1 had the same chance of success as attack 10,000). If you had put in, say, 1000 attacks on Finalmecia and received none of her girls, you would probably be pretty close to finally getting a guaranteed girl before the % would drop back to regular before building up again for the next girl. Now if you had put in those 1000 attacks, received no girls, and then the system subsequently changed, then you would actually be kind of screwed out of a girl. You wouldn't get any compensation shards for those 1000 attacks and your 'pity system' progress would also be lost. Yeah, that's a side effect of the new system, all the girls shards come in pretty evenly so you end up needing to reach that 'guesstimated' threshold for girl acquisition x3. Can take while to get to the goal, but then all three girls should arrive at around the same time. Edwarda (1-7 shards I believe?) for instance should take ~750 attacks to get all 3 girls. Whether it's better or not is kind of up to personal preference. Knowing that all 3 are coming with a general idea on the time/attack frame is probably better/faster than how the old system worked out. You shouldn't end up with stragglers this way.
  12. Yes shard rates are based on the type of event, not the rarity of the girl. I don't really get where everyone keeps coming up with these strange ideas - like that the game is 'no longer free to play'. Based on everything as a whole, as long as you play the game daily (completing all missions for the free daily kobans and participate in classic events) you should have more than enough kobans to get the (2) event girls that are available on bosses. If you read my other post earlier in this thread I broke down how everything shakes out. Basically the only event where you're potentially, genuinely worse off now is Epic days, even then if you wanted all 6 girls, it'd probably cost you ~60% of the cost of Epic Pachinkoing 6 times, which isn't a bad deal. You should be able to reasonably save up for a legendary days event (~10-20 refills) since they're only once every couple months. And the other two events, Classic and Revival basically should cover themselves with the free attacks. You may have to refill a few times at the end to get the second girl, but either way the kobans from the events duration should more than cover that expense. My point being, if you play consistently your koban supply should almost always be growing. Only Legendary days and Epic Days should genuinely eat into your koban reserves. You should be making over 6000 kobans a month minimum as a free player. (4500 daily missions, 972 classic event missions, 288 tower of fame, xxxx - League, xxxx - Weekly contests, xxxx - Revival event missions) ----------- As far as the devs changing girls up for the revival, I think it's good because otherwise if you participated last year you're stuck potentially throwing a lot of kobans at EvP to get the same 3 girls. This way the number is pared down. I do understand your frustration though if you were looking forward to getting one of the previously available on boss girls. Perhaps they should have just made more girls available via other bosses for this event. Just to reiterate, you should be able to get Spring Lola and Virginia in roughly ~154 attacks each. The general consensus is the shard rate is ~10% (more like 10-12, up to 15 though. For the sake of this example I'll use the 10% rate). The shard value for a revival is 1-12, so the average is 6.5. Divide 100 by 6.5 and you get 15.38, multiply that by 10, thus how I got that ~154 attack number. The event is 5 days, so you have 240 free attacks (48 a day), Plus whatever you started the event with so potentially up to 20 extra. If you're lucky you'll get those +2 attack arena dailies each day too. Moral of the story with very average luck you might need a couple refills. With good luck you'll need none and with bad luck you might need 4 or 5. The event/dailies themselves provide you with ~1100 kobans aka roughly 5 refills worth of kobans. Edit: For what it's worth - It does seem to take more attacks to get girls now generally speaking (outside of revivals). The flip side is that the extremes of both good/bad rng have been severely reduced. You won't end up with 800 attacks trying to get 1 girl anymore, plus the system is helpful for gauging how close you are to getting a girl at the end of an event so you can 'calculate' roughly how many more refills you'd need to get the girl. Not firing off refills hoping you hit the jackpot.
  13. @snowman22 Well if you look at the math and theoretical averages.. and I hate repeating myself, but shard rates are essentially on average 10-12% (can vary from like 8-14). Most of these events actually work out to not needing to spend many, if any kobans on the event girls, with the exception of epic/legendary days. Assuming you don't go into each event with your Attack meter mostly filled, this is roughly what you're looking at. Also doesn't factor in the potential 2 free attacks a day from arena dailies. (or getting the 100 jackpot). Legendary Event (1-3 shards) = ~500 attacks for a girl (~500 total), (~4 day event, 192 free attacks, so you're potentially on the hook for 200-400 attacks aka ~10-20 refills) Revival (1-12) = ~154 attacks per girl (~308 total), (~5 day event, 240 free attacks, so you're potentially on the hook for ~0-5 refills if you need two girls.) Classic Event (1-6) = ~286 attacks per girl (~572 total), (~12 day event, 576 free attacks, so you're potentially on the hook for ~0-2 refills if you need two girls) Epic Days (1-5) = ~333 attacks per girl (~1998 total), (~4 day event?, ~190 free attacks, so you're potentially on the hook for ~90 refills overall if you want all 6 girls) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- With all that said, heart splitting could be an issue, but I think event girls are weighed more heavily over regular boss girls. I haven't done enough testing to prove it one way or the other, but the one time on my test account with Val Abrael on Edwarda, I had all the boss girls as well. I got Val Abreal by attack ~175 despite there being 3 boss girls. The other 3 were cleared out in the 6-700's worth of total attacks. On my live account I had Eugenie as noted earlier. When Val Abrael became available I was able to get both girls with 216 attacks. Surprisingly I got Eugenie before Val Abrael despite her having the lower overall shard limit (1-7?) vs Val Abraels (1-12). I had a really high shard chance that entire time though, it was 47/216 = 21.75%, it was 24 Eugenie, 23 Abrael. I experienced similar results on the test account. The shard rate was 20% (35/175) while Abrael was there. 19 abrael shard events, 16 other 3 girls shard events. The shard rate without Abrael factored in hovered at around 10.4% (79/756), with Abrael it was 12.64% (98/775). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I think the moral of the story is you have to save up kobans instead of throwing them around so you're ready for legendary/epic days. All the other events require minimal refills if any at all. A lot of events provide decent kobans (easter feast, provided nearly 3000 HH kobans if you did all the daily missions/quests) along with dailies and contests, you shouldn't really find yourself in a troublesome spot except at maybe epic days. And as a free or mostly free player people shouldn't be throwing kobans at bad investments like EvP or EpP until they're in a good place overall with koban savings, which honestly probably won't be happening until they're near the end of the currently released story.
  14. What? Why would you ever throw kobans at a boss with static girls :-\. If a boss still has girls it makes more sense to throw kobans at it once an event girl is there. I'm pretty sure you'll get more shards more often overall, at least that's how some of my prior testing worked out. Also new/newer people will get most of the boss girls just simply playing through the game now, they won't end up with random stragglers like us older players may have (when I hit Heroes University shortly before the attraction change, I had 4 girls left from prior worlds - Eugenie, Titania, and 2 of Finalmecias girls). I don't disagree with what you've said about it taking a while to see any girls now on these later bosses, but it's not like the 'loss of income' is really that great. You're probably losing more money in the grand scheme of things (on Roko at least) from simply having ~125-175 shard events while collecting the girls as opposed to getting cash each time you battle the boss. Nice, I'm at 41 👻 on Virginia, my two test accounts are at 70, and 92 each. Almost feels like the rng/lucks connected between all the accounts..... I'll go 0/20 or something on my main account then get a bunch of shards on my test accounts which I do pretty much immediately afterward.
  15. If you want to be as strong as possible your 3 characters should be of the same class (max level, max affection obviously). You can play around with team combinations on the arena team screen. Alpha is the most important and dictates your overall stats. Beta and Omega pretty much only affect your Maximum Damage and Maximum Defense of every stat. Having a strong Alpha and Beta is important since those two tend to end up being used in battle. Omega can be whatever, but your stats will suffer to some extent if you use a weak character or incorrect class. I've included a picture of my arena team (hardcore) and the stats when replacing Omega with characters of other classes.
  16. It's a revival event so Virginia and Lola both drop 1-12 attraction shards. Doesn't matter that they are epic/legendary quality girls.
  17. It's just random luck with what shard numbers you get.
  18. On this, my live account, I've gotten 1 100 shard jackpot (Carine). Between my 2 test accounts (which were created around the time the shard system was implemented) I've gotten like 4 or 5 others. Obviously this questions a little loaded cause if you have a newer account you have more girls and more opportunities to potentially land a 100 jackpot. (On a test account I got Carine within my first 10 attacks of the event, while I've also gotten a regular boss girl 100 crit from like attack 700 overall. RNG is RNG, but I think it is pretty safe to say the odds of hitting the jackpot are at minimum slightly lower than they used to be).
  19. Did you try restarting your web browser entirely? (closed chrome completely). That worked for me when I was having similar issues earlier.
  20. Well that seems slightly below the average guesstimate of ~286 per girl (572 total), but what can ya do. Maybe your luck will improve by the end haha. My results: Easter Feast Event Carine - 62 attacks, 100 Jackpot, 139 total shards. (39 shards on 8 or 9 shard attacks through 35 attacks, then 26 attacks of nothing before getting the 100 jackpot). Alex - 305 attacks, 101 total shards (See Image below for detailed record/breakdown). General thoughts: I wasn't actually planning on recording data this go around, because I'd already done it for previous events and sometimes on multiple accounts. I have a pretty solid understanding from testing that the average shard drop rate is roughly 10% (9-15% give or take). Having this number allows you to calculate 'average' expected attacks guesstimates of girl acquisition for specific events. Legendary Event - ~500 (per girl), Epic Event - ~333, Classic Events ~286, Revival Event ~154. I may elaborate on this more in a future post, but the math is not that complicated lol. Anyway, after I got the 100 jackpot on Carine I changed my mind about not really recording data and started taking detailed notes for the second girl, Alex. All I know is I encountered my worst string of luck ever during her battles, an 0/56 streak and had a couple smaller streaks like 28, 19. Despite that I still had a 10.5% shard drop rate, the issue was the average shard amount was 3.156, as opposed to the assumed average of 3.5. Not a big deal, but I did overshoot my guesstimate by 19 attacks. I was on a pretty good pace up until that 0/56 started at attack 203. I'll be posting some of my Fabienne detailed results in this thread as well. I would post some of my older/other results, but my method of recording wasn't the cleanest. However I can show compiled numbers.
  21. All excellent choices, however I'd choose Lady Meta, since Lady Deadpool is pretty cool. Hentaiheroes : ID - 1239220
  22. And yeah all your previous progress has been lost in terms of attacks after they switched to the attraction system. I was a bit bummed out about that stuff too, because frankly, most new people under the new system, at least with later bosses will end up getting all 3 girls by the time they're done with the zone and won't need to return like some of us Well, unless the shard rate varies on later bosses, I felt like I had a pretty good sample run on Edwarda right after the attraction system was released. Made a test account and went to Edwarda, then recorded everything. She is a 1-7 shard boss, which means 4 average. Meaning 100/4 = 25, so 25 shard events at a 4 average should get you a girl. Assuming that 10% rate, that means roughly 250 attacks for 1 girl. With Val Abrael (~154 estimated attack girl) + the 3 boss girls, numbers ended up at 98/775. Val Abrael was had after 175 attacks (159 if you remove regular boss girl shard events that occurred during that span). The overall shard rate was like 12.64%, but if I tossed her numbers (she had 19 shard events) because she had a different attraction value of 1-12 that drops the overall numbers to 79/756 for just the 3 boss girls which is 10.4% and a 3.8 shard average. My thoughts on Karole are - I'm still at hero university, but she really should be mimicking the legendary girl drop rate unless her stuff has been tweaked to be lower. Cause with 1-3 shard drops, you should be averaging closer to 2, which would put ya closer to that 5-600 attacks per girl mark. Honestly I pretty much expect acquiring her girls to take somewhere in the neighborhood of 1500 +/- 300. As for Val Mala and stuff, they either should have implemented the system earlier or a day later. I managed to snag her a day or two before the change, but yeah I feel you.
  23. Well, I had kind of assumed you and most others maintain a koban supply stash for a rainy day. I try to not let my kobans drop below 4-5k. Right now I'm back up to 9k. If you don't this event is a great opportunity to start building that stash. As far as every place where you can get kobans... Parenthesis indicate guesstimated monthly amount. Daily missions - 150 daily (4500) Classic events - 81 daily (972) Weekly contests - 400-700 <--Weekly for me (1600-2800 monthly?) Varies by level and length of contests. Most possible would be 9 a week, average would probably be 6-7. I'm lvl 217, I get 126 for first place, 66 for 2-4th. I almost always win or place top 4 at a minimum. So for me in particular that's easily 600+ a week, but lets call it 400-700. Tower of Fame - 72 (288) - 3 categories pay 24 kobans even for worst finishes. League - Varies by person, for me personally, I could make (1960) every month, however with the recent changes to boosters, i don't know how lucrative league will be any more. You'll have to buy boosters and then buy refills to take advantage of the 24 hour window unless you just plan to keep using boosters throughout the week or whatever, but that is still 60 kobans a booster so ugh. Anyway I think that's about it. Aside from twitter/forum contests, there's no other way to get free kobans. Now if you want to spend a little money, monthly card is 1800 kobans for 3 bucks
  24. Okay first off, when you posted this, we were literally like 2 hours into the 7th day of the event meaning you have nearly 6 days left aka half the event. You're still on pace to get both girls without spending any kobans at all. If you do have to spend some, we're talking like 2 refills or less more than likely. (Not to mention this event gives ~2772 kobans (HH) overall from missions + daily mission completion) It is generally slightly more difficult to get girls under the new system. Some things are pretty much guaranteed spenders now, like legendary days and epic days, though they were already spenders before, so nothing new there.. Basically all the new system has done is remove the extremes for good and bad luck. The odds of you ending up with like a 40-50 refill legendary girl are pretty much non existent now. Now you're stuck with a pretty solid 10-20 refill quota depending on your luck (puts you at 4-600 attacks over the course of the 4 day event). The system really helps so you don't end up with guessing situations at the end of an event where you keep using kobans hoping to get that last girl and potentially not succeeding. You now have shard progress as something tangible and can gauge (with math/guesstimates) whether you want to use more to try and get the girl at the end. The general consensus is that shards drop at roughly a 10% rate. You can use that 10% to calculate guesstimated rates for all types of events and to get an idea of how many refills are needed in order to finish off a girl. *My personal results/experiences thus far for amount of attacks to get girl listed on the side. Legendary Event (1-3 = 2 average. 100/2 = 50) = ~500 attacks needed for girl (*417, *460 Fabienne, live and test server results) Epic Event (1-5 = 3 average, 100/3 = 33.33) = ~333 attacks per girl (*No data yet) Classic Event (1-6 = 3.5 average, 100/3.5 = 28.57) = ~286 attacks per girl (*Carine - 61 attacks for 39 shards, then 100 crit) (*305 - Alex) Revival Event (1-12 = 6.5 average, 100/6.5 = 15.38) = ~154 attacks per girl (*132 Red battler, 216** Val Abrael (see notes below), *296 total (148 avg) for Lupa and Bunny) **Edwarda had Eugenie + Val Abrael and I managed to get Eugenie first. Probably would have gotten Abrael faster if she was solo. If I remove Eugenies shard events, it was 192 attacks, but its hard to tell if some of those may have translated into Abrael shards sooner. Additionally I ran a separate comprehensive test on Edwarda on the test server as well, 3 boss girls + 1 event girl. I can post in depth results later, Over the course of 775 attacks the shard rate was 12.64% (98/775). If you remove Abrael and her shard events, the numbers drop to a pretty consistent 10.4% (79/756). 300/79 = 3.8 shards per event. Edwarda is 1-7 so 4 average. All in all it more or less lines up with the guesstimates. 100/4 = 25 x10 = ~250 per girl, 3 girls = ~750. Total amount needed 756. As far as suggestions to fix the attraction system go, I dunno. Everyone's whining about 'paying for kobans', or 'paying with kobans', the truth of the matter is this system doesn't really affect anyone much assuming you actually play the game daily and get the free (HH values) 150 mission completion kobans, event kobans, contest kobans, league kobans, weekly kobans... The kobans you would have used before to 'gamble' on event girls by buying refills are now more strategically spread around. Revival events may take 2-3 refills to get the girls now (5 day event = ~250 attacks, vs the guesstimated ~308 of two girls), Classic events shouldn't take any refills with average RNG (572 estimated vs 576 : 12 days 48 a piece), Epic events (epic days) always took a ton and you typically never got all 6 girls, now they still will take a ton, but you know each girl will take roughly 333 attacks, so you just need to save up as much as you can and use as many kobans as you're comfortable using. Finally legendary days are pretty much now 10-20 refills guaranteed. Legendary days and Epic days don't come around very often so I don't see it being that difficult to save up kobans. Over the course of 2 months you could save up 9000 (hh) kobans just from doing all the daily missions. Sprinkle in events like this one and you're adding almost 3000 each time to your coffers. Add in placing top 4 in contests and all the other stuff and all of a sudden you're earning quite a few kobans. Honestly the new system seems fine to me, but I can understand how having an 0/20, 0/30, 0/50 run can be disconcerting, however these things generally find a way to average themselves out. In fact I'm in the midst of an 54 attack streak without a shard, and while I'd love to just x10 to jar up my luck/rng, I'm staying the single attack course in order to get good data. Even with this terrible streak, I'm still sitting above 10% shard rate and at 78 total shards on 256 attacks. I'm sure things will turn around soon, but I might miss my guesstimated ~286 completion average due to bad luck.
  25. I was pretty tired after pulling an all nighter, but essentially I was just tossing out extra considerations on top of what Chthugha had been suggesting in terms of total attacks you've performed on karole since the change and corresponding shard amounts. Cause honestly I would have expected karole to be in line with legendary girls cause they both have the 1-3 rate, so ~500 attacks per girl would roughly be the median at an assumed 10% shard acquisition rate. So three girls on karole would take roughly 1500 attacks to get. Anyway I'll respond to the rest in a bit, including Kairax.
