Wow well I guess today was the right day to come back and check the forum after so long ignoring it. Unfortunately I can't get on Discord (it doesn't like me and wants me to verify by phone, and I'm not giving my phone # to an account I use for a porn game). Not sure what the complaints are but no hard feelings and I 100% wouldn't assume it's for something as petty as league standings, you don't seem at all like that kind of guy. Pity this forum doesn't allow PMs (or I'm just too dumb to find 'em?)

So I modelled the leagues up in a spreadsheet and got this. Assumptions: 1) They never tweaked the rules (so no disabling demotions to increase the flow upwards) 2) The cheaters ban/return didn't happen (obviously not true, but I'm assuming it didn't really change anything) 3) There are still enough people in W1 who are having >= 1 fight a week that every W1 is still promoting 15 players 4) My starting number of players is correct (it gives the correct state right now, but I haven't gone back and validated that it shows eg S2/S3/D1 opening up at the right time) Prediction: * D3 opens in week 27 Note that in this model the S2 feed is actually slightly higher than 2 leagues per week, which makes a difference For each level, the headings eg S3dem/S3P/S3L/S3pro are the number of players who will be demoted at the end of the current week, the number of players in the current week, the number of leagues in the current week, and the number who will be promoted at the end of the current week.

Well I guess you sorted that out then 🤣 nice charge to 1st place

So I guess this means there were the same # of D1 last week as the week before. 105 D2 last week, +105 promotions, -15 demotions, and here we are with 195. I'd have expected there were still enough people coming up the ranks to grow the # of D1 leagues but I guess that's all slowing down now.

I guess I could work it out myself, but in case somebody already has... Does anyone know if the % progress bar on your current scroll is in terms of pages/steps through the scroll, or total energy cost for the scroll?

AKA the largest number that'll fit in a uint32_t. Time to upgrade the server to an x86_64 system?

Yeah, very happy to sit out the first D1. I picked up some equipment upgrades from pachinko so I'm more competitive against the top-tier players now, but still don't need to go and get stomped by every player in the game who can beat me. Much better to wait until there's a bit of a spread

Also the blue colour scheme means KH, unless they've given up on that again.
