I started playing after shard system was implemented, but from what i understand, back then you either got the whole girl or nothing, no in-between, right? So while it would be one roll again, it would still be completely different. Shards offer you sort of steady progress but adding minimum floor (like Kenrae suggested) GUARANTEES the progress. I know i would feel frustrated if after 100 combativity i had 0 shards. That didn't happen to me yet, but who knows when it will.

That is a pretty good idea, i am all for eliminating 1 dice roll out of 2 completely. And it wouldn't impact already obtained shards in any way, because you can just multiply them by 10.

For the very unlucky cases like these, i feel that we should have a safety net of some sort. I know that for example Heartstone (card game) has a really good mechanic for such unlucky cases. You can buy packs of random cards with various rarities, but for each pack you open that does not contain a rare card, you get increased chance to find a rare card in the next one. The drop rate of course returns to normal once you finally get a rare card.

I did not mention you buying the bundle at all though. I buy world bundles and silver membership as well but that is irrelevant. Let me explain why i view it as a bad event by comparing it with other types: 1. Revival/Orgy days - objectively better due to the higher shard drop range 2. PoA - allows f2p to get a guaranteed reward on the free path, sure the extra girls in 2nd path are costly but again guaranteed. With Epic Days you not only battle with double RNG roll (rolling the shard drop and then again the amount), you have to score way above average to get a single girl. I don't count shards as proper reward, because rest of the game does not work well with them. The girl might appear in a year and by that time you can get her from pachinko, yeeting your hard earned shards into the void. 3.Legendary contests - i can only speak for my bracket, but i always managed to get girl on day one in 200-250 bracket. I hate how the event doesnt allow everyone to get a girl (because there isn't enough shards for everyone), but i still see it as better event than epic days. Maybe i would like Epic Days more with the same range if it lasted for more than 4 days though, who knows. KK made a poll recently about current 5 event per month spam, so we will hopefully see some schedule changes in October.

You used 6x the amount of combativity accessible to f2p players and still needed a 100 shard drop to not spend even more. If you wouldn't spend any kobans, you would get maybe 50 shards in total. And those can even get converted to affection (which is essentially nothing) if you are really unlucky and win the girl in epic pachinko later, effectively making the event pointless. I got a lucky 100 shard drop this time as well, for which im really happy, but c'mon. Epic event shard range is really crappy.

Here i thought that my luck ran out, but after getting 45 shards for Wendy, i got a lucky 100 roll. I unfortunately forgot to screen the battle reward window. This is my second 100 roll in since i started playing (roughly 3 months)

I would say the context is what's important here. Getting 3 good rewards per day (especially when you upgraded PoP to level 8-10) is a lot, at least to me. If you simply look at it as a number and nothing else, then yes, 3 isn't a lot. It's not really that hard to understand.

This update is insanely good i must say. Recently i've been pretty negative due to the 5 months per event situation, but this actually helps. I hate saving up champion tickets, i always end up spending them so i dont have enough for Path of Attraction (unless i buy the second route). Now we can get on average 4 more tickets per day (granted you upgrade the Places of Power to max rank), so i don't have to worry anymore about getting stuck on champion mission. And to top it off, other nice rewards as well. Well done Kinkoid!

In my opinion the game is heading in bad direction. There are plenty of offers you are getting teased with already as a f2p player and they just keep piling up. As someone before already mentioned (sorry, im too lazy to find the message and quote it), events are no longer special Before this rampant event spam you were at least able to get non pachinko girls reliably, but now you have to even decide which villain girls to get as you won't simply have enough kobans to cover all events in a month. The shard drop range should increase to reflect the event pace. And sure, you can say that "We can't have everything". Doesn't change the fact that people are going to be unhappy if you start teasing them even more with rewards they can't get. The game keeps abusing FOMO more and more for short-term gain, so we will see in the future what effect it has on playerbase.

Well luckily for me, we can see second poses in event pachinko background. Please go look at Dameda, she is supposed to be a parody of Sakura and the original version from Champions looks really like her. This fan club version looks nothing like her. Few other fan girls look bad as well, but butchering Dameda like that . Just why.

I concur. What was the reason behind replacing it? I haven't seen other poses yet but for the first i definitely like old version more. Maybe it would be more reasonable to let a forum poll decide?

Well this time around i have no more tickets left for 65 champion mission, and also no more kobans to unlock the second set of rewards, so that's where i'll end. Funnilly enough, this is so far the only implementation of "battle pass", where the premium rewards also act as time saver. I've seen no other games do that (correct me if i'm wrong). Not that i mind of course but if the premium rewards are so important, it would be better for us to know about PoA happening a bit sooner. I wouldn't have tickets anyway because the stupid legendary contest demanded it but at least i would save up some more kobans.

This just occured to me but do veteran players (those done with all the adventures) have it actually worse regarding the energy mission? Since tickets cost 60 per, they need to get 240 instead of 200. Why not make the required number divisible by 60? I know it's just like 5 hours of wait, but in PoA time is pretty tight as it is.

Well, i take back what i said about being fan of PoA. The art is pretty bad, even the girl that looks to be from the main artist. I mean, just look at her calves, they are thicker than her head: Edit: just to clarify, rest of the body looks hot though, its just these occasional weird proportions that i dont like Also there are too many events demanding Kobans this month, im totally dry. If you want people to pay more, this had opposite effect on me.

I am here only playing since 8 days PoA for which i managed barely to get enough kobans because i was still new. How was the 7200 koban price justified in previous ones? Did we have same amount of missions/rewards and just less time?

I think previous PoA took more than 6 days though. Do you think they will charge the same amount of kobans for shorter event? They woudln't do it right? RIGHT?
