Oftenly, while I'm collecting the cash in the Harem page, that message in the picture simply shows up. When I close it, the page refreshes, and I can simply continue collecting. But in the last few days, that began to appear more and more often. What can be the problem? Collecting money manually is a challenge for it's own, and with this error, it's becoming impossible! Thanks in advance!

As much as I hate to say this, the problem is back AGAIN! But I found out that it only happens when you try to acess the game via PC. If you try through android, it works. One more thing. This happens with all the kinkoid games, like Comix Harem and all the others. Tried to clean the browser cache, history and all the stuff, even tried in different PCs, and still the problem persists. Last time, the problem sorted itself out after one day, but this time it's like this for 3 days already. I've been entering in android, but my cell is awfull so it's a plain nightmare. And it can't be normal. If someone from the staff can check this out and respond here, I'd be very welcome! Edit: forget it, just checked the antivirus and it was blocking it. But it makes another problem. Why is it happening? Never happened before, and lately started to...

When I tried earlier, it still was the same situation. But, for some reason, I tried again now, and was able to connect as normal. No idea what the problem was, but if it's gone, then problem solved, I guess. Just hope it doesn't return! Thanks for the reply, anyway!

It started today, at least for me. Everytime I try to enter the hentai heroes site (it's on the browser pc version), the loading finish in the browser, but the login page never shows. It only keeps in the screen attached. Same happens if I try to reload the page. Tried in different browsers (firefox and chrome), and even tried in different computers. Same problem always happens. Is it a temporary issue, or is it something in my end?

Since the last update, I'm unable to collect the daily rewards. The chest icon in the + button besides the kobans still appear, but it only opens a window with the purchases avaliable, like the image attached, and there's no option to acess the daily rewards. Is it a bug, or am I missing something? Thanks for the attention, in advance.

Well, never heard of chargebacks by this name before, so thank you for teaching me something new. Anyways, don't know how things are in other countries, but where I'm from, asking cash back for defective product is not a "negative" attitude, it's a consumer's right, legally recognized. But this is missing the point. The point is that people use this right to harm the other party. Of course, using it this way, it's right abusivity. Recurring to it with the goal to protest is greedy, tiny and even childish. I agree that several recent changes in the game are awfull. But the correct way to show your discontent is either manifesting your disagreement here in the forum, hoping that the responsibles will read and listen, or abandon the game and move on to something new. I'm even very inclined to go on with the latter, and will if the game keep changing for the worst. But this doesn't give me the right to try to harm another people. If you acquire a product every month, and it changes to something you don't like, but it's not intrinsically defective, then you simply stop acquiring it. And you DO have the right to try and convince your friends and other people in the comunity to stop acquiring. After all, most of the places where this game is played are democracies, where people can speak their minds freely. But you can't create a situation in which you get something, and say it's defective (even when it's not), simply to make a point. Or worst, to get an unfair advantage over the other party. So, people, if you want to protest in some way, make comments here, at the forum. Mobilize your friends and other people in the gamer comunity to suport you, making comments as well. And, as a last resort, if even a lot of people saying something, and the game producers party doesn't listen, simply hit them where it hurts: stop buying stuff inside the game. It's (still) a free to play game. I agree that there are a lot of annoying pay-to-win features, but the game's core is still free to play. You don't have to buy anything. Of course, it'll probably make you loose contests, fall behind in events, and so on. But, understand, this concern is what makes people put money inside the game. So, once you can convince a number of people that they don't need to do it, and for a reason, I guess it makes an even stronger statement then this chargeback thing. And, if everything else fails, you can always quit the game and never look back! There are a lot of other interesting game free-to-play around. This way, you will not change anything, but at least it will not bother you anymore! I know, you have invested a lot of time, and even some amount of cash, in this thing, and feels like a waste to just drop all away. I DO know, why do you think I'm still playing, even if I'm disapointed with a lot of the recent changes? But believe me, if you are so unsatisfied with the game to the point of asking a baseless chargeback only to make a point, and you are still playing the game, you're only harming yourself. Sometimes, the better thing to do is move on, and never look back, you your own sake. This way, no matter what this game becomes, it will not affect your life! You'll be miles away, doing something that it's worthy of your time.

No solution until now. But that's strange. I've been playing the game for two years, and it's the first time this happened. Should be related to the update (you know, fix one bug, and create another, and so on...). Anyway, still waiting for an answer. I hope this can be solved on time. Not cool missing an event reward because of a bug.

It's been 2 days since I've been unable to get new contests. Yesterday, I had 5 contest rewards stored, so I understood. But today, I had only 2, and still the new contest didn't appear. What happened, and what do I have to do to come back getting new contests?

I think this mechanics is still bad. It still favor those of high level. You can see at the strategies that levels up to 200 "will not win high tiers because of the battles lost the first days and your comparative weakness". The Arena was for everyone, and rewarded everyone if you played hard enough, regardless of level and power. This Season simply ignores that there are noobs in the game. Put the benefits in the hands of high level players, and leaves them with scraps. I pointed several matters in the Seasons feedback post, and I still can't see any difference which changes my mind. Another possible solution could be the possibility to refresh the possible opponents without the need of paying kobans. For example, you receive a list of opponents, and you know you're gonna lose against all of them. You could put a button to refresh the list, which makes you wait for, like, 10 or 15 minutes, AND giving you the chance to skip the wait paying kobans. This way, IF YOU WANT, you can skip the wait paying, but if you don't, then you don't have to! This way, there's no need to jump into battles you know you can't win, losing one ticket, which takes one hour to replenish, and takes a toll on your mojo you can't easily recover.

It's been really hard this Season thing!!!! The opponent we get should be around 40 levels more or less. But I'm getting ONLY opponents above my level, and it's been way more than 40 levels. It's been a two steps forward and one step back in this thing!!!! I'd really like this new feature to be gone!!!

I'd make an edit in the other post, but I agree with Aaron's idea. You could bring back the Arena, the way it was before, and keep the Seasons as a substitute for the Leadership prizes at the Tower of Fame. This way, Seasons is keeped as a bonus, for those who want it.
