  1. A few weeks ago, my ("top 7") lineup included a girl who after seeing her in the battling images, I realized she was so unattractive to me that I wanted to stop levelling her in an attempt to not see her anymore (yes, I picked what I considered the best pose (she was max affection so I have them all). For todays contest, I was levelling some girls and realized while searching there were others that fell into this category. I realize that not leveling girls hurts my possible rotations in champions. And were I max with all other girls, I am missing a small bit of ego from my harem level that I could get from levelling these ones (I am far from that but it is a possible hurt). I also realize that there may be blessing rotations these girls might be useful (e.g. the "top 7" was a 5 star legendary (though the others I saw weren't)). Finally, assuming the girl isn't level 1 it's investment lost (e.g. I could have put the XP into someone else). Now forum, I welcome any (preferably non-mean) judgement on your end. Is my thought process folly? Are there any other ways I am hurting myself? If so, are they? (I recognize this is opinion and I welcome it even if I disagree; even though I welcome judgement ask in advance you not judge others for their opinions - everyone plays differently. My intent is also not to bash speific girls or general artists, so I intentionally did not mention any specifics :))
  2. I still had not really considered/developed a strategy for double days but I did similar, spent a MPx6 to get Oasis Piper (I had her mostly complete, same as Ravi-Sama) and 25 shards into T.Cunegonde. It seems just like free shards to (sleepy) me.
  3. Sometimes there's a contest where you claim a girl for points. The risk is vs forgetting to claim the girl Anyway, I don't usually post on these but this was my most successful bang as well, never went below 99.8% (only went below 100 twice). I picked 2 exhib and 2 sub girls because of the blessing, maybe I could have had full 100% if I did all sen. Ah well. Happy rolling.
  4. Sorry to post semi-successively but I managed to beat 1400 as well (same lazy setup), I crit 5 times despite a 50k harmony disparity to their favor (they crit once) and them doing twice as much damage to me as I did to them on normal hits. I think I literally just watched one of the .01% chances happen (or so it feels, I have no scripts setup ;p)...what a rush. Ok I'll be quiet a while, let someone else have some luck. PS: Now in top 2500 leaderboard 😊 (vs FinderKeeper is #59 right now to prove my earlier point=))
  5. This weeks blessings were enough for me to surpass 1300 with only 3 ginsing and 2 mono gear (other 4 mythic) without other hijinx or optimizations. I got 2 crits, they got 1 before it ended. I had a bunch of worship saved so now up against 1400, probably more hijinx will be needed this time I also noticed I am top 4000 in the (HH) leaderboard (for now), which gives me an appreciation for some of the elites that post here and are well beyond me, probably some even thinking "wow you just beat 1300?" Game on
  6. In case it helps anyone else, as of this reply the text does not match the images - they show Val, Alex, Xmas. I am still appreciative, I was just momentarily confused by the mismatched order looking for the girl I didn't have yet. Happy rolling.
  7. It is possible I'll get used to it but I relied on the (!) icon to remind me to buy stuff so the booster warning has caused me to forget at least once if not twice now. I suspect the problem is here you've not added a feature but displaced one and added another, so besides "learn" a kinder implementation would have been 2 icons or a new icon for the new thing somewhere else (such as profile) or the countdown be booster countdown and left existing things intact.
  8. In advance of others taking this survey FYI: Clubs and Club Champions are seperate entries. I rated them together then was lazy to go back. Also there was an entry later for daily rewards which I had sort of lumped into contests and I'm not sure if it meant now contest rewards or all rewards (feedback for survey writers perhaps). Still not sure the difference between mechanics and ergonimics; maybe nice to have a sample of what it means or sample answer (feedback for survey writers; you can explain to me if you wish but I won't retake the survey based around any responses nor am likely to remember for next survey). Be prepared to take a long time on this if you have serious feedback to give Blank entry space feedback limits to 1000 characters (forewarning for verbose folks like me =D). All in all, I thought it was fun to reflect on each portion of the game. The main thing I don't like about these surveys is I always leave something out and remember days or weeks (or moments) later, like "Oh, I should have said _" or "forgot about _, that is really _". Also, some of this stuff has very recently changed (as of last patch) so it's hard to answer neutrally across all sections without bias there. But ultimately nice to give feedback and hopefully listened to. Happy Holidays.
  9. Working for me mostly fine. If you scroll up a little from the bottom then back down it works (for me). I'd expect detailed asks about what browser/OS/phone you are using if you submit a ticket.
  10. I'm just happy the currency carried over. I was nervous about that. Now this event to me is worth it, no matter when it occurs.
  11. I believe this is true. For sure, my numbers (level 500) are the same as MightyThor (disclaimed 472 above). It's level 200 minimum FYI.
  12. I just got my second gear for my class which I already had one for not my class. I had held off upgrading the non-class due to skepticism and now am convinced that that was fine, I'll call that the Lepideffect Or should that be the anti-Lepideffect... Anyway, I have been assuming that there's no legendary gear that can possibly be better than a level 20 mythic but would be curious if anyone ever finds that to be contrary. I had a similar ponderance in another thread wondering what the max stats for legendary gear was (looking then for "gear cap") but didn't see a reply. Would suck to be blindly selling all this stuff if there's some max roll that could be better. So far seems 300-500 better than what I am seeing so seems likely impossible. Hang in there for RNG all
  13. *sigh* for some reason my (ailing) brain read this as ends on the 18th so I did not do it last night Ah well, I went for it today and spent ~8k koban with the 4 sandalwood I had with 9 shards remaining. I didn't have a 5th so decided to push through and ended up spending 9990 koban. For any doubters or unsure folks out there (probably none anymore), I had a literal example of why sandalwood is better, I would have saved more koban getting the 4.5 shards (with extra flowers) with the potion than I did on the 50 CP recharges. Probably should have waited for market reset; instead I went with luck (and wallet) Ah well, next time I'll listen to my gut and strategy. My first DOM mythic tho and having more koban than I expected since I got the mythic last month too pushed me ahead of schedule. Happy rolling.
  14. I got my first item for my class yesterday and levelled it today (still undecided about non-class despite previous feedback - sorry if ungracious). Either I waited the correct number of patches/time or I was expecting it to be way more annoying to level. I had the feeling it'd be one item at a time unless I did auto and that the screen would refresh after each submission. Very pleased there was no refresh at all (only had to scroll down once) and could do it all basically in one sitting. There's way more annoying/patience things in this game than that Frankly selling items is slightly more annoying to me (smaller number displayed, not sorted by rarity) and it meets the same end (inventory clearing). I had a few super trivial nitpicks (won't even waste time stating them) otherwise good job IMO design (and anyone who contributed to the design by beta testing). PS: I didn't use the auto feature at all, didn't find it necessary.
  15. I (and I know at least several others) keep some girls un-fully upgraded for this reason (at least). I personally leave them at 2* vs 0* but that and how many are needed/is safe is probably debatable.
  16. If you asked me what the bloated resource was before mythic gear, I would have said money/eq (which was essentially money back then). Now that you spend eq as a resource, after I had similar thoughts as you, I have wondered if I will spend money on buying eq as a resource, because to me the most bloated resource is the least valuable. Similarly, I wondered if money would even be the most bloated resource anymore since if not selling gear AND spending money on mythics it'd be double hit. Tho, I suspect that there will be limited spending once people have mythics they want (and similar to affection, once max and waiting, you can spend time getting more) and things will go back to normal. I also found it ironic, the game managed to add yet another resource even tho it was one we already had Maybe additional thoughts to your chain (that's where my brain went) or ones you discarded already as foolish Interesting to monitor anyway
  17. Any thoughts yet about if it's worth levelling a mythic not your class? My gut is wait/save but curious to opposite take (I guess having one piece to replace legendary while you wait?).
  18. 2 blind pieces of feedback from what I've read. (my test server account is also too low, thanks everyone for sharing) 1. The auto feature as described seems potentially (eventually?) useless to me as I envision at a certain point (almost certainly level 500) the level of the gear may not be what you necessarily want to sell. Like I don't want it suggesting my mono gear (until that gear has no more value). More useful to me seems auto-lowest rarity eq. Or an auto with a selectable rarity. Or even just a rarity filter in inventory. 2. Related I hope they are considering "favorite gear" either/or to denote what not sell or to quickly equip a set. I already have some trouble digging through gear to find what I want but digging through to find a specific focus seems yet another level. Maybe they are hoping that everyone's inventories are empty from levelling the gear but that still leaves digging through all the mythic gear once you have it to find what you want (presumably it would also look the same). I've seen saved gearset pages in other games so it is not beyond my (perhaps sad) imagination. Frankly both of these things (or slight varients) would help me now with inventory management I think I probably just didn't care because it's just vendor contests that it matters for.
  19. re free/perma boost: Maybe, I don't really keep track. I'll keep that in mind next time I'm in D3. I do have over 500 leg Gin and Chlo so you might be right but I never spend them so hard to say I guess I can be boosted for 2 years then come back and see. re top 45: That's why I toyed with it the other time (admittedly no boosts). Top 45 D3 is 1.6k koban, Top 30 D2 is 1.4k koban, Top 60 D3 is 1k koban. So if what you claim is wrong, I just lost 400 koban and more importantly 5 girl shards in a week. I say more imporantly because to get 100 shards you'd need 5 top 45s in D3. There's also no chance to dip back to D2 and recover shards - that is, once you D3 for 3 probably 2 weeks, you're committed D2 you can slip (for me it's usually higher than lower) and still have wiggle room. So, my casual experiments have not amounted in belief that it'd work so far for me. Boosts could be the difference (in D3; in D2 like Omer, I usually skip some fights = even better for a casual player esp who doesn't care about XP since he's 500 =)). I personally think it's because I still have my girls at 650 cap (Omer already ahead of me in that regard) because I am also casually levelling them. Almost everyone I lost to in my last D3 attempt had girls higher whether they were boosted or not (my guess) or 500 or lower level. That gap only widens each week, I suspect and I'm disinclined to try again til I'm 700 maybe even 750. I could probably do 700 now, maybe even 750 but it's a lot of time and math There is also a faith that the "5* girl period" I would try everyone doesn't get serious and just wreck my chances Like I said previously, I'm a pretty content casual since I (almost) always get what I want (casual goals).
  20. As DvDivXXX has called out (correctly) before, I'm a very casual player. I don't boost in league at all, I don't have time to micro-manage it...or I should say if I did, I would lose things I consider healthy like relationships and sleep. I also hate doing 1/2 assed gaming, either I do it well or am casual. I am however (if you didn't know) level 500 with over 900 girls so have some "veteran power" even when not trying hard. That amounts to, in League, I am similar to you (except with no boosts (and koban spending)), generally aiming for top 30 in D2. I'd say I manage this 4/6 times on average in a "5* girl period". If I slip higher to D3, it depends if I have shards enough for the girl. I recently tried my hand in D3 unboosted and got a new personal record (50th). I think that would be more fun if I didn't feel I was losing shards on the girl by performing those exercises. So I generally will drop back down again to get more shards (and the girl) or prepare for the next girl. I have also been trying occasionally for #1 in D2 (I also semi-recently got #2). Once I get that (if ever), I may move up permanently to D3 but it still seems like a lot of work for a casual to me for less rewards (e.g. if I want to maintain the same amount of work as right now I might as well get more rewards :P). As far as contests, I usually don't pay them much attention either and go with whatever I do daily (except ones that just have to spend, like sell items or money). Near the end of Paths (V/G) or Season I will look for contests to spend my rewards and may top 4 if a bunch of people arn't doing the same. I'm a bit of a resource hoarder and generally save most of my stuff for Legendary Contests again with a girl involved (sometimes I use my XP there too). On both fronts, I've "bitched" in the past that the time rollover is more adventageous for Europeans (Asians, Africans). My zone, I'm often asleep during the rollover and thus get sniped a lot (e.g. 1st to 5th, 45th to 46th). Over the years, this has lead very much to my (casual) playstyle (combined with the aforementioned amount of "work" I want to put in) and slight distaste for any part of the game which involves competition with others I have no doubt you care and will surpass me someday, maybe soon. As far as opening the Path of Valor, I believe I recently said in another thread, I personally find that to be more cost effective (to my own goals at least) than buying the individual Sandelwood potions. Once I am max gems, perhaps I will disagree with this theory. My success in D2 is enough to fund this and a mythic each time I have enough Sandelwood, then I'm poor again. Then the cycle continues Happy clicking.
  21. Rougher one for me. Got a couple shards free via daily stuff, then spent 8816 koban to get up to 92. I only got a couple more free today so ended using another 2 50x (1166 koban) to finish off at 102 (2 flowers). I also used a 5th Sandalwood because of what I felt was a more mediocre drop rate for, it was more cost effective than a 3rd x50 spin...which ended up being the right call. I did end up also with 1 MP girl from all the orbs, so that's something. And keys, didn't track how many, probably 30 or so (so 2 boards-ish worth additional rewards). Probably said elsewhere but I do like the sync of the keys with the mythic event. Anyway, total spent 9982 koban (not counting booster cost, because I generally don't) which feels high for me (definitely higher than my last two) but so the dice roll. GL anyone still rolling.
  22. In case it helps anyone (HH), one of the girls today is Lovestruck Mercy.
  23. I've noticed 3 times now that there's a bug when you are selling (I've been selling eq) it sometimes starts to go backwards through your inventory vs remaining on the "slot" you have selected. Just urging caution if folks are like me, selling in the middle of their inventory (i.e. not always the first slot) and clicking rapidly to sell at speed. The items that you are trying not to sell may be at risk. I believe this has something to do with the endless scroll and does not happen until you're on the "second page". I usually start vending on page 1 (but not at the top) but not always (and I don't even sell that often), so it's been hard for me to get an exact reproduce case. But I'm very confident there's a bug. I was able to reproduce it this AM, just not 100% sure how. But I clicked very slowly and literally watched it occur. This is since the new market revamp; I am not sure if it happened immediately on patch or is a newer bug (probably will never know now). UPDATE: It does not seem to occur if you scroll down to the second page first, or at least not in the same "reliable" way. I had no problems with page 2 to 3 trying to repro the same thing (I scrolled down too far accidentally, so gave it a shot). I suspect I could figure this out if 1) I had unlimited items or 2) wasn't afraid of actually deleting stuff. As it is (at my current rate of test), I suspect I'll run out of things to sell before I figure it out exactly. UPDATE2: Ok, I challenged myself so clearly that means I'll do better...anyway, I now believe it has to do with a specific item, because I bounced around a bit then went back and deleted some in order that I hadn't and it still started going backwards despite the fact I sold more items than normal and immediately did so when I clicked on that other item. I now need to try and figure out what the count relation is and, if I can, seeing if skipping right to selling that count item breaks it. Or maybe it'll be fixed by the next time we have a sell contest 😜
  24. This weekend I filed 3 support requests about graphic things in the last (1 week ago) patch. Yesterday, I realized I hadn't heard back so looked and all 3 requests were closed with replies. This however did not generate a green ! indicating reply that I had seen in the past. I created a new bug ticket for this yesterday but it was closed today warning that the answer was given in one of my other tickets and not to repost reports of the same bug. However, I believe that they misread my report as complaining I hadn't gotten a reply and was rereporting an issue where instead I was complaining I hadn't got notified of a reply (which I believe is a bug). They also warned me they would not accept further discussion on it and there may be consequences, so I am reluctant to reply again trying to explain (me trying to help is not worth a game ban IMO). Has anyone else noticed this? If so (assuming not an intentional change - loss IMO), did you successfully report it? That would help me sleep better at night I did not see it on the list of fixed/outstanding bugs. I did not see on a brief forum scan but (disclaimer) I did not exhaustively read all posts nor the complete "unannounced changes" thread.
  25. Either that filter doesn't match your list or I'm confused. Jolly Jingle doesn't show when I filter with it but she does show as unclaimed for me when I turn it off. The only girl who shows 99-0 for me is Lupa's Mother. Could the filter be "Cumback Contest" girls so far (i.e. are they adding them as they present themselves in the contest)? I haven't really been keeping track, just believe I claimed them all.
