  1. I see, well, the current contest on the main server has "Do champion performances" as a condition alongside "fight villains" which you have to do for the event anyways. With more than 500 Champion tickets in the bank I think I can afford to go in there a little. The PoA event at month's end requires around 120 champion tickets in total so as long as I keep the ticket stock around that number there shouldn't be any problem. "Donate money" and "Do pachinko"-contests however I think I will ignore indeed. Also the "Gain XP" contests get increasingly harder because you want to keep the Season and PoV EXP rewards for Legendary Contest and the main story gives less and less XP starting with Magical Forest. If the general difficulty goes up anyways I will certainly carefully pick in which DC I participate and in which ones I don't to save up resources. I do hope that the new PoV will reward potions for scoring points in contests only, not rely on which rank you place at the end of one. PoVs run long enough that you might be able to ignore two or three contests and still collect enough potions to get the guy(s).
  2. I knew about the 100 shards at once being possible, already had that three times throughout the seven months I am playing, two times on Nutaku and once on the main server. This time however I got 108 shards at once, I had 63 shards on this guy already explaining where the 171 shards in total come from. I didn't know more than 100 was also possible, which gives you extra gifts to unlock stars for your guys.
  3. I just got an extremely lucky and super rare shard drop within the new classic event on Nutaku: Has anyone ever got even more than 100 shards before? 😲 108 shards in one drop is the highest I ever got so far. Totally crazy, with the shards already collected beforehand that gave me a total of 171 shards for Sore', meaning 71 extra yellow lollipop gifts. --- Apart from the one above I think it would be a good idea to have this thread as a sort of stage where everyone can brag about when they get the rare occurrence of high shard drops for a guy. 😉
  4. Ever since going beyond the 270s in Player Level I've found it to be quite resource-intensive to reach the top 4 (and thus get kobans) in Daily Contests on both Nutaku and the main server. Now the question is if it would be better to start and ignore most Daily contests (except when the Legendary Contest is running), saving up the resources and use them more for upgrading and leveling the harem as well as stockpiling things such as Pachinko Orbs en masse for Day 2 of Legendary Contest instead of wasting them in contests like this one: The top players there are sporting points that can only be reached by burning through dozens of more rare orbs or even more GPX10 orbs and I am no longer sure this investment is worth it especially for the 120 kobans on 2nd to 4th place? Another Contemplation would be getting a monthly card, as they give you daily kobans too and could probably easily replace the Daily Contests saving up lots of resources in the meantime at least when it comes to Pachinko orbs, XP and money. Maybe this is the "threshold" where I should start looking more towards the Tower/League as main koban income provider and start preparing my 5 star Legendarys for some more battle power?
  5. The crown-symbol stands for the Ego-stat, aka your HP in battle. This stat is formed by the Endurance-stat, which is symbolized by a blue heart, and with the stats of the guys in your battle team together. The overall level of all guys in your harem also gives a bonus to endurance like this: The overall level of all my guys in my harem is 44.732 which translates to a 10.575 Endurance bonus, as stated under "My Harem". This combined with the own endurance stat of my player character plus my current battle team's stats gives me an Ego of: 249.811 right now. Note however that this value can also be further influenced by equipment which gives extra endurance to your player's own endurance stat. So, things to do when you want to raise Ego is to 1. Increase your own Endurance stat, both through equipment and buying stats at the market. 2. Level up all your guys, it gives the harem endurance bonus and those guys in your current battle team also increase the Ego with their combined stats. 3. Level up your player gaining a small increase in endurance.
  6. When it comes to managing the Harem the filter options got quite expanded in the last two or three updates so that you help with the issue: Max Energy has always been 100 just like Combativity was always 20 max, but you can go above that with Season or Pantheon's Stairway rewards. When you level up you do get stronger, as each level up increases the three stats (Hardcore, Charm and Know-How) of your player character and increases the limit how much extra stats you can buy from the market. Having patience and learning how to manage your resources is part of the intended way to play the game. You're not intended to play the entire story in one month and be level 400+ in three.
  7. This isn't a bug. You just have reached the current end of the main story. "Coming soon" means that the next story scroll is still in development by the game designers. The normal rate for new story scrolls is as far as I know one per month so the next one should come in February. Energy can still be spent on the side quests which are designed for this situation or you also can spend 60 energy for a single champion ticket at the reception desk on the champion screen.
  8. Figures, it's a shame the forum doesn't provide a full-fledged spoiler-tag. Let's see if that works: 😛 <<World 13 sounds suspiciously like a hommage/cameo for either the Digimon and/or the .hack(dot hack) franchise. Both universes deal with digital "otherworlds" human souls can be sucked into completely and both have a diverse cast of both female and male characters which would provide plenty of girls/guys for both HH and GH to use.>> Edit: It already fails when reading the "all activity"-stream, 🤣
  9. Quite interesting indeed. How do you do the blocked out text? Just changing the text color to white? 😁
  10. Ah, ok, that makes sense. Does this forum not have a spoiler-tag like other forum software? Concerning the spoiler, lol, I do wonder about world 14 when there are only 11 on the world map meaning world 12 and 13 are missing too. Are these spoiler-infos from the straight version of the game (HH)? Would be logical they share the same general main story only tweaked on the edges in GH with guys instead of girls.
  11. There seems to be an error with the new daily goals on the main server. I had claimed all prizes (100 potions collected) about 10 minutes before the daily reset (when new daily missions become available and the daily contests end) but the daily goals did not reset on the main server. In contrast, on Nutaku the daily goals did reset as expected, so it is a main server-only issue apparently. Edit: Now they did reset, almost 2 hours after the official reset of all other features normally happens.
  12. Well booya, that's a wall looking forward to, lol (not). Right now I just finished floor 550 with both accounts but reading that even a player who has maxed everything with a team made up of the super-rare mythics gets stuck at some point is a bit disheartening. Maybe they should consider increasing the Player level cap from 500 to 750 as well? The guys offered as main rewards for the Pantheon are modeled after the Zodiac signs so there should be twelve in total. If you can get one every 500 levels such high difficulty spikes however would mean that no one gets beyond the third guy and those players who don't have a team full of mythics won't get even to the third guy at floor 1500? Uh, maybe a bit of rebalancing would be in order there.
  13. The ten-guy requirement for unlocking the champions excludes 1 star guys. I don't know if events do so as well, but it is likely. Maybe there's also a level requirement? Maybe the world needs to be completed fully to make the game register it? Host Hotties is the end-of-the-month Path of Attraction event though which is arguably an event for more advanced players as most of the tasks asked to complete there are of a difficulty most new players who have just started the game can't complete quick enough and/or lack the resources to participate.
  14. Not wanting XP is an exotic desire as most players want as much of it as possible. The higher your player level the better equipment and more stat improvements you get. Starting with world 7 Magic Forest the XP gain of the main story is very slow and after Level 230ish you need much more XP for the next one so extra XP gains like from Season, League, PoV and now Daily goals is very much welcome by most players. Not to mention the possibilities for Daily Contests that say "Gain XP". 😜
  15. Yea, it's also called money farming. Losing a round to a champion gives only a 15 minute cooldown and the champion rewards you with money for your effort. It is basically a win-win situation to try and not beat a champion stage in one go. There is a reason why the task in the PoA says "Do champion performances (no matter win or lose)". A loss costs nothing but a ticket and those can be farmed from Places of Power.
  16. While I agree the champions can be a bottleneck if you haven't unlocked them all you can meet the conditions on Tier 6 and Tier 9 without problems if you have them all unlocked and enough tickets available. Tier 9 says do 30 Champion performances which means fighting all six champions five times which is entirely doable with a bit of preparation and without paying a single koban. The cooldown for losing against a champion is only 15 minutes so if you set your team up that they don't one-shot a stage, perhaps if necessary equipping armor etc. which only boosts the harmony stat as well you can meet the requirements in about 6 to 7 hours, entirely reasonable in the full event time range of six days. As several tasks given in the game these also require a certain amount of thinking ahead and tactical planning to succeed.
  17. With the introduction of gems the level of the player character is no more connected to the level of the harem guys. Even a player on level 300 still needs gems to awaken any guy beyond level 250 as that is the cap for free leveling. Anything above that needs gems regardless of player level. The player level is more important for the own stats at the market as not only do they increase with each level up, the maximum values they can reach via buying stats from the market increases as well.
  18. sweetcar meant Daily Contests, the option to leave them be and claim them later only applies to them. Events and things like Season, Path of Attraction or Path of Valor rewards need to be claimed before their timer runs out, exception being if you paid real money for one of the monthly cards as then Season, PoA and PoV rewards are collected automatically for you once their time is up.
  19. The Path of Attraction event requires lots of preparation and also to have played the game for a while already since its conditions are quite tough to meet. If you have started the game just recently two or three weeks ago it is too early for you to really participate in the end-of-the-month event, mainly because indeed the champions are quite a bottleneck to clear there. In order to unlock the next champion you need to beat the current champion five times. Since each cleared stage also comes with a 24 hour resting time you have to plan at least five days to completely clear one champion, always provided you have enough tickets anyways. For newer players, the classic event at the start of a month, Orgy Days and perhaps Legendary Contest are better to participate in as they have less requirements. Spending lots of kobans just to pass this bottleneck I would say isn't a good idea, so it would be wise to skip Path of Attraction this time and use the next month to work on unlocking all the champions and collect tickets and resources foremost. When you check the later tiers the requirements are even tougher because the end-of-the-month event Path of Attraction (this month named Host Hotties) is not meant to be cleared by newer players. In order to participate, you should have played the game, unlocked stuff and gathered resources for at least two if not three months.
  20. WTF you're right. I posted in that thread once but I can't find the post anymore either. Maybe it got deleted by the mods/devs?
  21. Sure, in this case maybe we should aim to join the same club perhaps? Maybe there's still room in one of the clubs the mods are in? 🤣 Yea, if you don't already have much unlocked on Nutaku anyways it makes no sense to run two accounts parallel. The only reason I hang on to my Nutaku account is because it is already four months older than my main account and I have some guys there I can't get right now on main server because the devs do not give players the chance to get guys from older seasons or Path of Attraction events. My main account is catching up at a fast rate however and my koban income on the main server far outstrips what is possible on Nutaku, just like @Oliver66 predicted when he first advised me to switch to the main server. 😃 Hmm, gems are actually a resource you pretty much get everywhere, from villains, from Places of Power, from Daily Missions, season, tower etc. In Pachinko you get gems additionally to other prizes. When it comes to awaken guys, the cost in gems increases with rarity so it is advisable to yet again go first with the 5 star starting and common guys. Getting Bunny awakened should be rather easy as he needs yellow gems which can be farmed from Daily Missions and by battling Dark Lord. Austin should be manageable too as white gems can be farmed from Ninja spy. Gary, Prince Karl and Jino are trickier because they all need blue gems which can be farmed from Gruntt yet otherwise I think are only gotten from temporary Places of Power or randomly from Pachinko. If you already have them you can perhaps aim to awaken Atsuo (obtainable also from Ninja spy, 5 stars) and Marcus (story guy from Invaded Kingdom) as they both require red gems which can be farmed from Daily Missions and Dark Lord just like yellow ones. If you have Djidane you can also gain the brown/orange gems for him from playing season. The opportunities to gain gems outside of Pachinko also vary depending on how far you are in the story just like the possible extra 5 star common guys you got already broadening your possibilities to change your battle team to possibly specialize against some opponents. 5 star Legendary guys like Sibin are important to have in your harem for later when you have the resources to upgrade and use them. When it comes to Tower and Season battles there is of course also always the possibility that your opponents may use boosters and thus have much higher stats than they usually should have for 24 hours. Blessings may also already play into this so perhaps in the next post it'll be time to explain boosters and blessings. 😉
  22. Of course it is on one hand frustrating to be unable to "get everything" as a free player who spends no real money on the game, but on the other one you have to admit Zamioc Yuki has a point about the game being largely ad-free and providing a game environment free of charge (running servers to host the game costs money as well as the artists and programmers). There are some things that are favorable to free players like the classical events, Orgy Days and arguably also Legendary Contest. Events like Mythic Days, Kinky Cumpetition or Legendary Days however are meant as extra rewards for those who can invest real money and thus support the devs and infrastructure of the game as a whole so it somewhat evens out. Kobans also do not need to be strictly bought, they can also be accumulated through free play if one is patient. Solving all daily missions gives 150 Kobans each day, placing among the top 4 in daily contests also gives 120 kobans (or 300 if 1st place). Some season tiers also give kobans as a reward and there is a temporary Place of Power which also gives kobans as a possible reward (Bouncing Buns). Scoring high ranks in the Tower of Fame can also get you additional kobans, but that requires quite some preparation. As a completely free player you have to prioritize though where you want to spend these kobans on, Kinky Cumpetition? Or perhaps the second path of Path of Valor is worth more? Maybe unlocking the second path of Path of Attraction at the end of a month? Regardless of how the approach is though, playing for free without spending real money means you have to have quite a bit of patience and accept the fact that you'll be missing some guys along the way. That's not a scam but how the game is designed.
  23. Guys from Season also belong to the "currently not available" group while the Legendary Contest guys do indirectly. As far as I know Legendary Contest guys on occasion pop up in the Mythic Pachinko but that's all that is about it. More or less the only guys you get second chances on are those from Classic events which reappear in Orgy Days. The guys newly brought to the Tower of Fame are also "exclusive" right now with no further chances to get them. I feel quite vindicated by this post tbh because I am also one of those "collector players", not to mention "Catch them all" is still an advertisement slogan of the game around the net. As far as I know the return of guys from PoA, Season etc. has not been completely ruled out, but the devs haven't yet thought about how and when there should/will be chances for players to get more of the older guys. Maybe this new "Labyrinth"-feature will allow us to work for some of these guys? Heck, maybe they should just introduce two or three new champions where you can earn older guys from previous PoAs or Seasons as prizes?
  24. I see, thanks. So the criteria to join a club aren't even that defined. Just either free join, needing approval from a club leader or not join at all (closed). For what exactly are "closed" clubs for then I wonder, just one-person clubs or a set number of members right from the start who stick together? 600 kobans to create a club, huh? Well, on the main Server I have more than 8.000 kobans in stock so there's enough for the upcoming PoA and possibly starting a club. On Nutaku not so much, have only 6.800 kobans there, still missing 400 for the PoA-Event this month... So @Daydreamerz if you wanna start a club it'll only be possible from my side on the main server. Let me know if you really want it so I do not spend those 600 kobans needlessly. 😄 Kobans are the most valuable resource after all so each one you spend should be worth it.
  25. Kinky Cumpetition is an event you're intended to spend kobans for refills. The books (in season) and gifts (in the tower) are added during this time precisely to decrease the chance of getting guy shards. In the tower the amount of shards that can be gained is between 1 and 4, but the chance is abysmally low. In season you always only get one shard and the chance is higher than in the tower, but without spending kobans (or having hoarded kisses beforehand, we're talking 200+ here or so) you won't get the guy. With natural regeneration you'll gain between 15 and 35 shards for the guy by average and that's it. It's by design though.
