  1. I use Opera and have the same problem. And going to fullscreen (f11) doesn't help, since the graphics scale. Changing screen zoom is the only workaround that works for me. Correction: I use Firefox for this game. It's early in the morning, and I haven't had any coffee and can't keep my browsers straight. But @DvDivXXX-- I did try windowed mode. Didn't work. The graphics scale to fit the smaller window.
  2. Well... That was one of the things I was curious about. Can't find the club chat I've been reading so much about. 🤣
  3. Make that 444. 😊 Thanks for the add! Daily f2p-er, never been in a club, though, mostly because I've never found a good explanation of what that entails, so I wasn't up for the learning curve. So basically, I have no idea what to do, now. Any way I could get some guidance on this? I've joined in on e the Chad Challenge thing, but other than that, I'm kinda lost.
  4. I'm actually kinda glad to see this is a pervasive issue. I was just checking in to see if it was just me. But yeah, exactly the same thing going on, here. Windows 10, Firefox.
  5. Suggestion: if something like that happened to me, I'd give it a shot in a different browser. Could have something to do with browser cookies, so a different browser might behave differently and work properly. You could also try clearing your history and cookies. At least it would help work out whether the problem is on the user end or the server end.
  6. Yeah, I've seen this all over the site, where the same timer is different on different pages. Don't think I've ever seen a full minute of difference, though. At least if you wait on the page with the lowest time, when that runs out, it will have run out on the other page, too.
  7. Hi, Mike-- Are you sure about your point progress numbers? Note that after you get the second girl, the prizes go from being separated by 200 points each to being separated by 2000 points each. So we still get the points, but the progress bar moves much, much slower.
  8. Just finished reading that thread. Thanks for posting it, especially since they didn't bother to put anything in the "Official Announcement" section of this forum. So the way I see it is that I spent a year playing a game daily, building my progress. They tore that game down. It doesn't exist anymore. They put up a new game, but at least allowed me to keep my progress. Okay. Then they tore down most of that progress and kinda compensated me for the fact that I'd have to basically start from scratch. Sorta. Maybe. Yeah, I'm done.
  9. Yes, the new version was released to the main page a couple of weeks ago, at least. Myself, I don't look at the test server, especially since the last time I did, the game as posted there was not complete. So if there was any sort of advance warning that this was going to happen, just doing it on the test server (and I don't know that they did) was not the best way to let people know.
  10. BTW, love how the support link sends you to this forum, but then information is released on Discord. Well done.
  11. Welp, like I said, assuming it's a bug, I'm not playing again until it's fixed, for fear of oversaving data. So if it was intentional, that means that won't ever happen. So it looks like I'm out. Bummer.
  12. Anyone know what happened to the contact link for help? Used to be a contact form, I thought. Or was that only in HH? I hate that the only way to report issues is to post on a discussion board.
  13. Same here. Story mode reset, office progress reset, most contacts gone, all contact upgrades reset. Not playing again until it's fixed, since I don't want auto-save to overwrite any data that might still be there. So I hope it can be fixed. Been collecting and upgrading those contacts for years!
  14. Doesn't look like I can do this. I don't earn enough ymen to max out Arietta before stage 10k. What's your build like that you can do this?
  15. A valid viewpoint, certainly. Unfortunately, one thing this event -- actually, this series of four events -- showed was that if you think that way, you won't have enough resources to win when the time comes that you need them. I'm a long-term player, and I tend to hoard resources to use in events, but I was so drained of resources by LC2 that I only got half-way to getting the girl. I'm a ftp, but I'm the last one to begrudge the devs of a way to make a living. That said, the only way I figure I could have done better would have been to spend money on the game -- and that's the definition of PTW. If the devs don't want the game to be seen as a PTW game, they shouldn't create events that give that impression.
  16. But the 13000 cap is what makes it measurable. If that cap were removed (remedied, actually), an arbitrary finish line would have to be set in order to do the test. Also, the fact that the game doesn't just run straight to the cap for me without any input also makes the experiment worthwhile, since it is able to depict time differences in different methods. See, that's what this experiment is all about: the differences in these timed runs, rather than the raw time figures, themselves. Those figures would only be useful to someone else whose build is almost exactly the same as mine. But its the differentiation -- which methodology is faster? -- using the same build for all of the tests that can prove useful for people with different builds. That said, I'll have to try your method and see if I get a no-click run to the cap. I didn't know individual girls had max levels.
  17. My current skip-chance, BTW, is 72.2. But that only makes a difference up to stage 7801, my min reset stage. Still, I've always thought it would be fun to try to get that skip-chance up to nearly 100 to see what speed runs would be like if 90% of those first 7800 stages were skipped. Also BTW, I'm within spittin' distance of having all of the idle contact girls fully upgraded (one more upgrade on Amelia), and as I mentioned before, this hasn't provided for any significant improvement in all-idle speed runs. This lends credence to my hypothesis about a maximum idle speed, and the idea that I may already be bumping into it, at least as the game goes through the motions of ploughing through my first 10k or so stages.
  18. Just to let people know, my standard practice is still to upgrade only Felicia. I did a speed run doing that just last night, and oddly, for whatever improvements I've made since my last set of speed runs, above, my time was still just over 13 minutes. Perhaps I've hit some sort of maximum? I'm happy enough, though, that my level after reset is over 10k, so any enhancements I've made on any of my girls are immediately active in full, and I really don't have to worry about upgrading them. My original point in doing this was to test (for myself, primarily) the hypothesis that mojo spent on upgrading Mani would have been better spent on upgrading Felicia more and faster. In effect, is the additional Ymen gained worth the Ymen spent? And as I mentioned, I know the math suggests that it isn't. But as @Sev wrote, it makes sense that it would work that way, or why would there be reward girls. However, that suggests that the devs would have had to have put as much effort into calculating and/or testing this as we are, which is not necessarily the safest assumption. Also as @LanceHardwood seems to suggest, Ymen reward girls like Mani and Estelle are beneficial at lower levels. That, in fact, was what started me thinking about this: I remember positively depending on Estelle in the beginning, as Bunny alone would run out of steam and require an infusion of Ymen from Estelle to get her going again (that would definitely make for an interesting scene IRL! 🤣). In practice, the difference seems negligible, though, which is why I still rely almost solely on Felicia. That said, now I have Arietta, who way outclasses Mani, even without full enhancement. I've currently got her enhanced to lvl 9000, and as soon as I collect what I need to get her to lvl 10000, I'm going to do these runs again, or at least a run with Felicia alone to one with Felicia and Arietta equally leveled-up. My expectation is that I won't see much improvement in the time difference between the similar runs, above. If this turns out to be the case, if for instance I only save ten or twelve seconds with a fully enhanced and upgraded Arietta, my interpretation of that would be that Ymen reward girls are pretty much crap. The fact that since I did those original runs, I got her and enhanced her to lvl 9000, and with my starting level after reset higher than that, she still doesn't really improve my speed run time suggests that this will be the outcome. It does still leave open the question of a maximum "idle speed," though. I mean, there's a 20 click per second maximum, right? Is there possibly an inviolable limit on idle?
  19. Yeah. No kidding. 🙁 I got my butt up at 6:30 this morning, a half-hour before reset time, to make sure I was still in first, only to find that I had been bumped to 12th (expected something like that, which is why I did it), and that the task had already closed a half hour early. So pretty much screw this crap.
  20. No perks available on an event. Do you mean kink points (not affection) and upgrading contacts?
  21. Hey, I've seen reference to crafts being "maxed" before. Is there actually a max level for crafts? Or does that just refer to the idea that eventually you get to a level where they're too expensive to level up anymore? For instance, in the office, several of my crafts are above level 600, some getting close to level 700, and if I were to keep leveling them, I would only get one or two levels per forge reset, if that. So it really doesn't make sense, for instance, to spend 23.45A4 mojo to bump my Maneki Chinpo up by a couple of hundredths of a percent. But I haven't actually hit a number where I just can't go any higher. BTW, in the event, that same sort of "point of diminishing returns" was between level 220 and 230, to which I leveled Mojo Amulets, Bewitched Clothespin, Mojo Watered Flowers, Rabbit Vibrator, Maneki Chinpo and Mojo Hotstones, with Luxurious Relaxing Couch, Titcoin and Sex Tape Souvenir not far behind, at 198, 180 and 175.
  22. Wow, Arietta's perks aren't as good as Sabrina's. How does she compare in terms of her basic skill?.... Woah, big-time better! 7.73H5 ymen at level 10120, compared with Sabrina's 5.13h5 at the same level, but with the first enhancement! So it looks like I'll be doing Arietta's enhancements, but Sabrina's perks. That works, since 10120 is my girl's starting level, so they have full perks immediately after forge reset.
  23. And done! Anybody got the text of Arietta's dialogue when she first appears? I had Manly Sweat running with only about 30 seconds left on it, so I couldn't take the time to read her dialogue. Actually, that kinda bugs me, the way they do that at the beginning of the stage when you'll get the girl, rather than at the end of that stage, when you've already gotten her.
  24. Another thing to bear in mind is that this is Mani with a lvl. 8000 enhancement. Imagine how much their lead would open up once she's fully enhanced. And imagine how that would go with a fully enhanced Sabrina, instead. I'm looking forward to trying this again under those circumstances. Need three more Marketing Lessons for Juniors to finish Mani's enhancements (already have a bunch of Marketing Lessons for Seniors), and then a bunch more to do Sabrina's enhancements. So it's going to be a while on that.
