I'm a little curious about your wording. It sounds like your getting shards but the problem is none of you got the guy. If that's the case the 100% drop is incredibly rare, 0.1% chance every time you defeat him. On average unless you have almost 40 players fighting or do over 80% of the damage yourself with about 20 people fighting you'll only get 1-5 shards on average and you'll need to beat the champ multiple times a month to get enough shards.

Of all the gems changes the changes to daily mission rewards bothers me the least. Epic pachinko orbs are still just as possible as before just like tickets. Everything else that was possible from daily missions is very tiny sums and forgettable. The worst changes I found are to PoP and rewards from actually using orbs, pretty much 50% chance to get just gems from all those sources. I can see how lower lv players might think gems reduces the difference between higher lv players and lower lv players but it really only effects whales. Currently lower lv players had access to the free bundles to give gems and mythic xp books that allowed them to become very powerful for their lv very fast. The of gems though makes any progress significantly slowed every 50 levels after that initial 250 to the point where it will probably take over a year for new players to get any guys to 500 and years to reach 750. The increase to book sources is nice but with mythic pachinko now giving gems a good 50% of the time I don't think we're really getting more than we use to.

I don't use mobile myself but I've been told when you get caught in the infinite loop the only way to resolve it is to uninstall the app and reinstall it. From my understanding clicking any links causes it to happen so try not to check the notes via the app. Other players who play mobile also say the app is terrible and the game runs better just logging in on a browser. Recently kinkoid said they'll be working on fixing the mobile version but given how long its gone in such a state I wouldn't count on it being any time soon. Edit. So using the image above click on adventure on the main screen then invaded kingdom on the world map. Then located the 3 diamonds above Gruntt's name and make sure to click the first one I circled in a red circle. The first diamond is tier one where you can obtain Gruntt's first 3 guys, the 2nd diamond is where you can only get his tier 2 guy Terrance and the 3rd when you unlock it will be a different guy too. If you want to farm Aurelius you need to have have tier 1 activated.

What happened is trolls have things called tiers. Once they reach a certain level you unlock tier 2 which gives you access to a new guy and after you get the troll high enough you'll unlock another guy on tier 3 which is the highest tier. Event guys on trolls can be captured on any tier but each individual troll/villain tier you can only access shards for guys of that tier. You can manually change which guys shards you aim for by clicking on adventure > the world you're fighting on(in this case invaded kingdom) and then look in the bottom right corner where it says perform next to the trolls level and name. Right above that will be 3 diamonds and from left to right signifies which tier you're currently fighting. Left most tier one right most tier 3. If its greyed out you haven't unlocked it yet. You just need to click on the tier you wish to collect guys from and once you have them all remember to switch back to the highest tier so you can earn more cash.

Before the update mythic books gave half the xp and couldn't be used if the amount of XP exceeded that guys max level. Not a fan of awakening at all but it has done nothing but improve the mythic books. That said I still won't pay kobans for them.

Sadly if support told you there isn't anything they can do there isn't much else that can be done to fix your problem. You could try going on to the GH discord and DM Neven-kinkoid but most the time they tell you to contact support.

If you play on erogames or nutaku chances are the servers population is too low and you only have handful of opponents and those ahead of you are likely just too strong to defeat so you have to keep beating the weaker once who are a lot lower tier that you which means less mojo. There is very little you can do. I have an account of erogames(the lowest populated server) and I started weakening my party, putting in all 7 lv1 guys when I'm not playing. Then when I log in I switch out my team. Some other players started to mimic me and also put in a weak party so now I have 3-4 people who randomly pop up with a nice weak party. You could try doing the same but remember to switch back before you battle and to make use of the newer multi function so you don't have to change all 7 guys every time. Edit: This would also help weaker opponents defeat you and gain more mojo which would also increase the amount of mojo they offer you.

There was a game breaking bug yesterday and kinkoid had to rollback the servers, every player lost progress for that time sadly it will hurt some players more than others. They gave a code as means of compensation, all the info can be found here:

If you can't copy/paste that directly into the bar its all one word but the first letter of each word is capitalized. So Kinkoid Is Sorry but no spaces.

The game likes to do weird things with rounding and frequently rounds up to the nearest million(or higher). Like if you look at my screenshot it tells me I have 157G(billion) but if I hover over the number it displays my actual amount which is less than 156.3G which means the game is showing that I have 700million more than I actually do. You're not missing any money it just makes you think you have more than you actually do.

I don't like that dating tokens were taken down either and even less for the reason they gave us but they did give us notice. They told us a month in advance that tokens would be removed from the game and the last event they'd appear in is the October 1st 9 day event and October 26th would be the last day you can spend them. The patch notes are posted weekly in game by clicking the mailbox in the bottom left corner of the screen and they mentioned dating tokens removal on Sept 29th, Oct 6th and again on Oct 27th(removal day). The news feed like bundles pops up quite frequently when logging in so everyone should know its there. While I don't agree with a lot of what kinkoid does they gave adequate notice on this one and I'd highly recommend finding time to read the patch notes every week.

Dating tokens didn't make all guys obtainable though, they still required you to have at least one shard on the guy to use them. That meant minimally seasons & Path of Attraction were not available with tokens. (Aside from those few PoA guys that were added to KC for a horribly expensive revival during anniversary month)

If some people are having trouble getting the codes to work they seem to mostly only work on gayharem.com and not on the nutaku or erogames.

Today is DST in France and the game experiences DST at that time too. Every year the game bugs because the clocks go back an hour. There will likely be other bugs that will occur at reset too so you might see some more in the next 24 hours but it always corrects itself.

There is already a feature in game in the games menu > settings > koban confirmation on. It does getting buggy from time to time but it works most of the time.

Best ways to earn cash in this game are by champion battles and levelling as fast as you can. Early on you might think investing in upgrading your harem for more money at higher affection or upgrading trolls is the way to go but both will never get you enough cash, just progress them naturally as you play the game don't make it a goal. This advice is for people looking to play efficiently. Your primary focus should be levelling, the majority of the games features revolve around your level. Higher level means access to better stats from market upgrades, equipment and how high you can level your guys. Ways to level are completing story(should focus on main to unlock trolls), side scrolls, leagues, daily missions & the 4 xp tier rewards from seasons. Next most important thing to focus on is money. Early on you'll level fast but try not to waste too much money on keeping your gear up to date. You should pump your cash into getting a strong 7 man team, first full of 5 star common guys then upgrading those to 7 legendary 5 star guys, you'll probably have to ignore blessings for a time as it's too expensive to keep upgrading guys every week and you will be missing most of them. Best ways to make cash early on is champions, every other method is nice and you should fight trolls if you have combat points and collect cash from your harem just don't waste resources refilling on trolls for money or upgrading guys to give you more cash. I'd highly recommend saving your kobans and using them exclusively to upgrade pop 1-3 as you unlock them via story. The mythic orbs are nice for some extra guys and help clear out those annoying avatars & at low levels the tickets come in handy to battle champs for both more money and working towards the champions guy drops. Most importantly though you'll be earning the best resource great pachinko x10 orbs. These orbs will ensure you keep yourself upgrade in legendary rainbow gear and will become your only needed source of money. Once you hit level 280 legendary gear starts selling for over 1m but if you have all 3 place of powers upgraded to at least tier 9 you'll have so many great pachinko orbs that you'll solve your money issues before that. That said this is under the assumption you can get all 3 running at 7 hours and able to do them 2-3 times a day.

Currently there is no official way to get missed seasons, path of attraction, kinky cumpetition or legendary contests guys. Path of attraction had a few guys return once in pachinko (just the first 2 guys from the first one) and twice during the anniversary month where they put 4 guys in one kink cumpetition which mostly meant not getting any of them if you needed all 4. It definitely would suck switching servers but especially if you're on erogames you should switch anyway. Population there is significantly worse than nutaku's which is still pretty low.

There is a 24h cooldown after you leave a club but once you join the new one you should be able to receive shards based on your damage with the new clubs champ like normal. If you waited 24h joined a new club and are still getting 0 shards from the club champ you should send in a ticket via in game menu > settings > support > create new ticket.

There isn't really a best time to start anymore, maybe back when there were weekly contests in the tower of fame but those were removed. I'd say start as soon as possible as most events require having certain trolls unlocked so you'd want to unlock as many as you can quickly. Daily missions aren't the same for everyone you'll always start at the beginning of the daily calendar.

Costs on both severs are the same the difference is in how much kobans you can win. On nutaku the highest tier players at best can win 960 kobans and that's maybe 2-4 players a week everyone else is looking at under 400 extra from leagues. On the main server thousands of players are getting more than 1k kobans a week from leagues. For example, a player about your level, think he's 260, is currently fighting in sexpert 3 and by 350 you can give dicktator 2 a try. You won't be getting top 4 or even 15 in those tiers at those levels but 16-45th is very doable and in sexpert 3 that gives you between 348-462 kobans and by Dicktator 2 of the same range you're getting over 1k a week. Add those extra kobans up over a year and its a massive amount. Both servers have pros/cons. Nutaku pros are mostly just no avatars to worry about so you'll get more out of mythic pachinko. More legendary books/giftsboosters. Cons: Smaller sever size use to mean less competition for prizes but now it just means people fight harder for less. Less players means limited leagues and more difficult climb in seasons and significantly less free kobans. Main server cons is pretty much just avatars in mythic pachinko. You'll eventually get them all out but they always add a few more from time to time. Pros are pretty much everything else. As to why they limit the towers its largely because the game is designed with hentaiheroes in mind and plans for a server population in the millions. Most features still work with the main GH versions significantly smaller population it just took us longer to reach tier 9 leagues. Sadly when they added nutaku and erogames there just weren't enough players to effectively run the same features. Sadly the developers messed up on the boosters. A recent update made epic boosters stop appearing at level 201 and only legendary and mythic boosters would appear from then on. I don't think they realized how ineffective legendary boosters are when they made that call but we reported it right after the update and so far they haven't fixed it. Legendary boosters will be better than nothing, but epics are superior for you currently.
