Used every natural refill, all 4k of the koban, then also dropped around $70 for the limited packs of koban and fight. I JUST got the mythic girl with 400 koban left. It shouldn't have the <1000 option, as almost no one would have this result. And the 1001-1100 option would be also minimal. You've been on the forum long enough that you should've read previous events and seen that was pretty much exactly what you would expect to happen. There's no way that would've got the girl. I honestly thought 8k would get me over 50% affection and I was considering buying additional Kobans if I did.
