And yes, there have been a number of report like this lately. I've seen no solution to this unfortunately. You can help by sending an in-game support ticket ( Top right menu -> Settings -> Support ) describing the issue and providing all necessary details. I did a bunch of resending the confirmation link and hopping between the games over the last several days. Not sure what ultimately resolved it.
