And yes, there have been a number of report like this lately. I've seen no solution to this unfortunately.

You can help by sending an in-game support ticket ( Top right menu -> Settings -> Support ) describing the issue and providing all necessary details.

This seems troubling. What's your in-game ID number (in your profile) and which platform you play on (.com, nutaku, etc.)? @Noacc might want to take a look.
