New Shop Bug

I want to give the new shop an honest review, but so far, all I get is the following:

There is also a bug being triggered every time the old bundles' page tries to load:

 

Plus (I think this is related, and it is annoying as hell): As the screenshot shows, I have well over a billion in Yemen, but until I collect from my harem, I cannot buy available market items!

Things I have tried (none of which worked).

1. Ctrl-F5

2. Disabling all scripts. (The last script update I saw is two days old, so I thought it might conflict with the new shop stuff).

3. Complete system reboot.

This is on a desktop PC running Windows 11 and using the Chrome browser.

It works fine for me, accept for the things mentioned here:

I the same problems like Pelinor.

And with this bugs in the shop I am n ot able to buy anything in the shop. I can't buy kobans, I can't buy the premium card for the new special event.

And I have some other Problems here too.

 

But It seems to me that only Hentai Heroes have this problems. Comix Harems and Porn Star Harems seems to work normal.

 

I tried srtg + F5, I cleared the cache manually, i deleted all coockies but nothing worked. I have this Problem on two different Browsers on my PC and I have this Problem on my smart phone.

I have similar issues. I'm also not able to use the collect all money function of my silver card.

Yes botc76, for me it is the same. I need to go to the harem, and use this funtion there. From the main area this function didn't work.

It seems, that the devs didn't test the new shop system, and so a lot is broken.

I wanted to buy the premium card for the new event, but at the moment I can't buy this card. Because the system didn't work.

For example when I select a koban bundle and select the price button to bue, the wiggly carrot apears and then I get the message that the server didn't answer properly. Please try again (Err HH_I Error).

So at the moment I can't buy kobans or any other things in the shop.

 

The other Thing which didn't work is the daily 30 free kobans when you visit Comix Harem or Pornstar Harems over the banner. When you use them you get 30 Kobans normaly. But now it is so that when I use the banner for comix Harem, the site will open, but I never get the kobans and the banner for visit comix harem didn't disappear. So when I go to the main page in Hentai Heroes again, I have the banner for visiting Comix Harem again.

 

Another Problem in the ingame shop is that I can't use the buy all button for gifts or books. When I use the buy all button then the game tells me that I didn't have enought money but at the moment I have 1,8 Mrd yen.

 

In comix Harem and Pornstar Harems everything works fine.

I have this whole Problems only in Hentai Heroes.

In fairness, the developers should stop the running clockwork girl event, fix the running bugs, and then restart the event, since many players are not even able to buy, for example, the premium pass for this very event, causing several brands etc. will be lost for this event.

 

Or if you don't want to restart because some players were able to buy the pass, then you should at least pause the event and let it continue later, i.e. stop the timer.

Sadly there is no loss in ressources even when you buy the card at the last day. The daily rewards stock so there is no need from KK side to stop the event or restart it. If you buy one of the cards at first day or at last day of the event you will have getting the same amount of ressources when event ends.

Don't think it will last very long until they fix the shop - to important to get income.

Is this realy so?

 

I thought when you for example buy the card in the middle of the event, you can't get the ressources from the first middle part of the event anymore.

For all Seasonal events it was so. At the day you buy the card you gain instantly the amount of all possible daily rewards until now and than for the rest of th event the daily rewards. The amount of the "instant gain" reward increase every day with the amount of the daily reward until you buy the card. So a lot of players buy the Koban cards at the last days to gain the combativity in (mostly) one batch so the investment is partially covered because you can use the combativity to lower other event costs. You can have a look in the MD threads where some players reports that they does so. For example:

Something similar was reported some times ago. If I remember correct it was announced from KK that this is a special problem with players from Mexico and they investigate the case. Nothing new since then.
