Both the music girls dropped today, no refills.  I've been on Metal Noemy since the event started, and was quite lucky to get Gwenaelle in the first 10 fights.

Try to get Metal Noemy and Gwenaelle since event started - still all in vain, no any drops. I don't count, but about 200 fights already done.

How does the mechanics of drops work or exclusively for good luck?

Luck only, drop rate is static. 200 fights ain't that much and there are still some days left in the event, so don't give up and good luck. May the RNGoddess be with you.

Gay Harem users have the right to post their findings here as much as you do.
The game mechanics are the same as well, so I see no reason why one wouldn't gather more information when possible.

Before this event girls droped for resanble time as to me, but this time much harder - all resources spent in vain through all event day by day, several times more than usual. It looks like probability of girl drop is 0.5% or less. I am disappointed. I did't get neither Metal Noemy nor Gwenaelle. I think I do not play "casino" anymore. This is no longer interesting. Just regular activities.

Jeanne dropped today, not sure how many fights it took but Edwarda is max level for a couple of days at least, so quite a few.  She's my 23rd girl.

Same here, got neither one of them yet.
I too believe the drop rate's less than 1%.

Finally after 36 fights on my return to Silvanus (finished magic forest ages ago, already got all of Bremen's girls) he decides to give up his first girl, Not hoping for another one now before Legendary Event, don't think my luck is that good. (Nutaku acc)
