Although that's a solid thought to have (especially when you lead a business yourself), the sad truth is: No there isn't. The deal is simple: You agree to their ToU and KK allows you to play their game for free within the limitations they implemented. If you pay money, you should get exactly what you paid for which is usually Kobans and maybe some other stuff on top if you get a bundle or pay via patreon.com. Nowhere can you pay for extra customer service and also nowhere you are promised to have even the glimpse of any service at all. I'm pretty sure the law doesn't enforce customer service either (at least the law of Bulgaria where they conveniently decided to put their business). To be clear, I'm not fond of this, I don't want to defend their business practice (they even lost me as a 200$ patron because of the underwhelming service I was given), but the facts are: They don't have to service you more than what was agreed on, and as long as they delivered what you paid for, you don't have any legal claims. 🤷‍♂️ Again: Since the reputation of KK's customer service is that bad already, I don't believe your plan works here. People who play the game probably gave up on hoping for good customer service by now. And new customers have a much easier job to figure out the service quality than reading your post, so they already know if they ever get here. You can deal with it or leave the game over it, and those who are left decided to deal with it. I would rather say that good service will bring them a lot of extra revenue of their existing and future player base (I even suggested to help with that multiple times), but keeping the bad service up won't harm them any further. You can see many unresolved issues and furious people leaving the game if you search on the forum or on discord, but that didn't change one bit. So I'd say your chance of gaining anything by defamation is zero. You can't kill a dead reputation. 😉 That's sad to hear. May I ask for the exact wording of your complaint? I can offer to help you getting in contact if you'd like to, my experience so far was if I stayed nice, respectful and persistent, I'll eventually get the help I want... Maybe, just maybe, I've built some kind of good reputation amongst team KK. 🙂 I know it's far from ideal and I too would like KK to care more about their customers. For now though I guess the only way to change their mind is to vote with your wallet (and even that might not work). And the only way to get what you want is to ask them nicely... over and over again.

Yes the customer service in the game could be much better, but may I ask what you intend to achieve with this post? If I were KK, I'd have no reason to care any more than before. You're a leaving customer (if you ever paid for anything, otherwise you're a leaving player that enjoyed the product for free). Helping you takes effort (that could be avoidable by implementing the feature, yes, but for now it's extra effort) and there's no reward for helping you on KK's side whatsoever. Now you're not just a leaving customer, but also a complaining one that will probably not show any gratitude. And finally: If you tried to harm KK's reputation with your post, that's not gonna work either. People who use the forum are most likely aware that the ticket system is wasteland and that it's not easy to get any support form KK. So my best advice right away is: Consider how you want to approach any service of anybody in the future if you want something. The best way in my opinion is to make sure to be kind and polite, ask them if you can help by providing further information and make sure to make it as easy as possible for them to help you. In this particular case I've made good experiences with the following ideas: - If you have a patreon account, go to their patreon page and leave a nice comment where you ask for help. Usually Jessie is around to help you out there. - If you are on Discord, try contacting individual people from Team KK, I recommend Noacc who is usually available or replies within at least a day or two. - If you paid any money or if you have good customers in your club that you would like to be taken care of, mention that. Give as many reasons as possible why it's in their best interest to help you out (and don't forget to be friendly) - And if nothing of this helps, there's still the simple way out: Leave the game and let your club know that there is no active management so they can decide to stay for the bonuses or to leave for another club. I recommend you try to get somebody in your club to take over responsibility and have him try to get club ownership when you're gone (make sure you leave a support ticket and messages on the channels mentioned above that clearly state how much you want to transfer ownership to that player). I'm sure that, one way or another, you'll get to leave the game and make sure "everything is good" (although your life quality should definitely not depend on how you play or leave a Hentai game 😉).

I disagree with both statements. Because in my experience - rushing has become much less now - those who rush can't guarantee their win (it's even more likely they lose their pole position since the conditions aren't optimal for every opponent in the beginning) - You only have to get up early if you really want to wait until the last second or don't miss the first snapshot in the new season or the few free tokens in the morning. It's not mandatory like before, you can easily sleep now and still win the league because now it's a marathon an not a sprint anymore. However, I agree the league is yet far from balanced. I like the direction KK is taking a lot (fight me 😉) and I'm taking this system over the old one any time! The flaws so far are that we're missing predictability (solvable with fought/won/loss stats on every player), CH is hugely put at disadvantage and the point system is confusing (the illogical rounding mechanism is just the icing on the cake). All in all I love the new update that allows for decently equipped players to win against rushing whales in their respective leagues now (given patience and the right strategy). I have yet to discover huge flaws that make it less enjoyable, especially compared to the old system where scripting or account sharing could guarantee an unfair victory.

Yep the experience confirms it now: The conversion from remaining ego to points always rounds up. So the "critical" mass you need to get more points is X0.1% remaining ego (e.g. 00.1%, 10.1%, 20.1%, 30.1% etc.). That also means you can never ever score 15 points in one fight, since you'll always have at least 00.1% ego remaining when winning...

You don't have to dedicate your life to the game in order to join us, don't worry. You are however expected to be a generally nice person who likes to be part of a team and who does not cheat or exploit. We have one free seat and are an open club for every player at level 374 or above, so just join us with no waiting times attached. And if you see us at 40 people again, don't give up that easily. I'm guessing it will end up in rounding rather then cutting (makes more sense in my book). Only time will tell though... Yes, whales with strategy > non whales with strategy > whales without strategy. At least that's what I hope. And if KK happens to not raise the level 400 cap, eventually everybody will be a whale and strategy is the only remaining factor (although that's a very big "if" 😅).

Honestly I really like the new system, it allows for strategic players to gain a lot of advantage over whales without strategy and it tackles the scripting and account sharing problem effectively. Also it's not boring anymore once you've won against all the challenging opponents since now it matters how well you perform against every single player. And personally I think the base score + remaining ego score makes sense because ego is the go to performance indicator. Yes, this might create new problems and probably will be exploitable at some point in the future, but compared to the flaws of the current system I see it as a huge improvement for now. 👍

Strange I got a legendary set and that already about 14h ago... maybe the reward is player level related (and level 49 doesn't qualify for a legendary set) but even then it would have been a visual bug that you have been promised a legendary set. I'd be salty as well. Best thing you can do is to write an in game support ticket (Settings->Support) or contact one of the KK team directly on Discord. Hope you get it solved. 👍

Also use English language since most of the people here don't understand Italian and therefore can't help you. If you can't speak English, I'd recommend using the online translator www.deepl.com which is very good. Each Champion (no matter the stage and how often you beat em) has only 5 positions (mentioned in patch notes over here but a bit hidden). So yes, they will always repeat and one screenshot is sufficient. I personally wait with my screenshot until round 3 of the first fight because then it's displayed in correct order for both round 1-5 and round 6-10 (and so on). And damn do I need that screenshot especially for the later bosses, since position matching makes a huge difference.

Soon we'll all be level 400 and winning the leagues will be close to impossible by then, so let's all enjoy this as long as we can. #first-world-problems We need your focus rather on your great services in league predictions. It's okay to be proud and celebrate your wins, but casey's thread is the best place to do that: Again: It would be best if we stick to the sole purpose of information here and the best way as of now is to share a screenshot of your league (sorted by level) and post the total number of players in your bracket. For everything else let's go to the respective thread (which I'm going to do right now). Please do me the favor everyone and don't reply to my post over here. Let's have any further discussion about leagues in casey's thread linked above. Looking forward to further screenshots and the weekly report! 👍

Hi casey, just wanted to say that was a really, really nice statement of yours! Everybody happens to make mistakes and you show a lot of decency and aspiration to change for the better. We all can probably learn something from this! I understand the frustration. If the case was as simple as "evil cheaters vs. inconsequent leader" then yes, I'd even agree. It's never that simple though and neither Habi nor BoogerStick are bad people in my books, there's always more than meets the eye. That's what I wanted to point out with my super extensive post above. I respect Booger and especially Habi and I'm very careful with my leadership responsibility. As of now I see no reason in kicking Habi and thankfully I'm in contact with BoogerStick now so we can clarify his situation. If you feel betrayed for any reason please direct your concerns at KK directly because punishments are their call, not mine. I'm constantly reporting any bug, exploit or strange behavior I observe and to me it seems they take it seriously. The feedback I got though is that they need to be super sure about banning people because nobody who is actually innocent should be punished (which I agree 100% with). For me, Habi is not a cheater, for you he is. Kinkoid has to make that call and you will make it easier for them if you provide them with all evidence you have. Change of subject: I see English is not your native tongue. You can make it much easier for yourself if you use https://www.deepl.com/translator which is the best online translator I know. I use it regularly to talk to somebody in French (which I otherwise really suck at) and get great feedback about it. It's much better than Google Translate and very useful. Watch out what you say in public, mate, comments like these will not make you any friends at CNO (or any club for what it's worth). 😕 Talk to your leaders directly if there are any concerns. Also we're not doing human trafficking. We trade Haramettes... for joy... and with, uhm, gender respect... totally different. 😂
