Can't get to Hentai Clicker

It seems that if you are using the Nutaku version of Harem Heroes and Hentai Clicker, you do not ever get the cross-promo banners.  They just never show up.  Not even if you are using the Nutaku Client app.  So even though my email is the same in both games, I have reached past level 3000 on Hentai Clicker, AND there is no ad-blocker active in Chrome, I never see the banner so cannot access the girl.  Very frustrating that I meet all the requirements, but the application is failing.

Do you play on Win 7? Starting to think that this game is made incompatible to Win 7 maybe, don't see why else it would require less WebGl memory or something...

but use your ingame ID of HH instead of "XXXXXX" (you can find your ID in your ingame profil, where you choose avatar)

-> Then, load the HentaiClicker page with the link with your ID (the entire link, not just the part that can be clicked here in forum)

do your connexion on HentaiClicker, do the things to have Mizuki (lvl3000)

-> Reload your HentaiHeroes page to have a new banner to collect Mizuki, just accept and she is yours

 

(note that you probably need to avoid adblocker and so...)

i will confirm this working with no problems whatsoever.just in case:disable everything capable blocking anything just for few minutes.

Well I got to login and through the first animation with this, but then an out of bounds error sprung up and couldn''t continue, so I refreshed and then I got that insufficient WebGL memory error again...

humm... Don't know but...

try reboot your PC and have only browser open (just to be sure nothing else use WebGL memory). I'm on Firefox and even if me computer is 'old', it work, so my only idea is to have the minimal things open and obviously, don't have many browser windows to limit the use of ressources.

If it don't work, i'm sorry but i don't have other idea for your problem

Tried that too, here's a Chrome screenshot now, since it didn't work on FF thought it might work on Chrome, but no such luck...

Still get the WebGL bug or the memory out of bounds bug. Seriously a freakin' clicker game needs more RAM than a full-graphics non-browser game? Unbelievable!

here is whats weird , I do that , I get message saying it was awarded , but as I log in im getting pop ups for special promotion , I go back to HH and so far its been about 30 mins and no banner . I tried to reload , log out and in , even closed it down and relaunched .

Have you try to clear cache and cookies of your browser? it worked for some people, so, try it to see if it's good for you.

don't quote him he's a troll waiting to pounce on other ppl.Apparently he lacking a better thing to do than insult ppl on the forums. He's also quite self righteous, so there's no way you could make him see you point of view- if you don't agree with him, you are a dumb@ss or an id10t... But i agree with you, an ingame message with a link would have been way more effective and simple(most importantly working correctly). It's not like it hasn't been done already. Why screw up things so badly with banners just for the sake of looking "cool" is beyond me. And i can't understand how can you lock out a huge part of the player base preventing them to see the banner(that thing is affecting us accountwise) because if it was a browser or technical issue, changing the browser or device would have solved the issue. Or using the link provided by the ppl in the forjm would have worked. As nothing of the mentioned above worked i presume it is an account issue, i hope they actually do work on it as they have been awfuly quiet about the whole situation on the forums and in discord. Actually they refused to admit the issue exists the first days people started notifying them, with the standart answer being "disable addblocker" and stuff...

no, none of the three browsers(chrome, firefox, samsung native browser) is blocking adds, java and flash- double checked for sure, yet i am unable to see the f*cking banner while the "you got kobans" banner appears every day, also like to point out i have NOT seen an add banner from more than half a year.

For any of the provided links being able to work you need to know, both your hentaiheroes and hentaiclicker id's and the second one is not visible anywhere in the game unlike in hentaiheroes. I've opwned a ticket to support in hentaiclicker asking them to give me my ingame id, so i can edit the link. Wether they will do it is yet unknown.

Leveled to 5k on HC, with the same e-mail as HH and refreshed... you can fill in the rest.

But, i answer you to other thing: For this Mizuki promo, you don't need to have your HC ID (and it's probably the same as your HH ID). The link solution work just by write your HH ID in the XXXXXX area of the link. You use the same account on HH and HC -> I assume you log into the two sites with same mail/password no? If not, you seems have fail this part because the two site are linked and use the same account and your problem is here, you need to begin a new thing in HC with your HH account.

If you are using the same account, you don't need to know the HC ID.Then, your problem is probably something that the 'link solution' can't do and i'm sorry for that.

 

For people using "Harem Heroes" (nutaku version), the link solution don't work. I think, people on nutaku with a working link are needed to give their link to try a solution that use the same idea but with nutaku version: @rty, Cantrix or some other, are you on  Harem Heroes?

And for thoses that don't work with the solution on HentaiHeroes and have do all other things right, sorry. For now, it's the best that we have

I'm playing on hentaiclicker.com and hentaiheroes.com with the same login info on both, got that banner to play HC weeks ago, thats how i started playing it in the first place because we would be rewarded for it. Didn't expect this clusterfuck though. You have my account info Kinkoid, you, see i play both games: MIZUKI NOW 🤬 🤬

The problem is that Nutaku suppresses the actual link addresses. It is literally impossible to find the link after you clicked the button. It will just show the direct link to the HC game without extra information. So now you are in the situation that one group had the banner, but cannot look back to see the exact link address and the other group never saw a banner to begin with.
