All I know is if I was able to be in the classification of #2, I wouldn't spend that much here. I'd take a flight to Amsterdam and party it up with some girls for a week or 2 live over there. You can wave your credit card as you like, it is hard to get XP without progressing the story/time. You only have daily missions and fragments of XP for tower fights. I have taken screenshots of all the categories in tower of fame. The XP and girl classification is the more obvious. It can't be just spending real money buying bundles of energy, kobans and combativity. As @Jejerod stated, the XP is limited even if you run all worlds, the main amount is gained daily-weekly in missions and tower of fame and also in arena. The pvp wins is limited to usual players except the first, 3700 is possible with 1000 refills (24000 kobans) but the XP gained that way will be below 100000. The wins vs villains is also normal, so no more than 50-100 epic orbs possible, a maximum of 15 girls if you are very lucky. They could gain more orbs from champions if spending tons of kobans to skip waiting times. As there are players from different countries, it seem they are not developer accounts. My working theory is that these people have found a way to finish the daily missions for free and regenerate them ad infinitum. (Which would result in tons of epic orbs as a side effect to the XP gains, enabling them to clear the pachinko.) I would say that 7 people having gained the same number of girls (81) in the same span (impossibly short) is very... weird (to say the least). If these players were talented enough or intelligent enough to generate these quick running scripts that go thru the game process automatically to quickly acquire the girls......why do that? What do they get out of it? Just some hentai porn/stories. If I had that "know how", I would not waste my time hacking a game. I'd attempt to create my own game. Get together a team of "black hats", convert them into a team of "white hats" and generate real life income. But to each his own, I guess.
