Reward not received (I think)

I earned enough points in the "1000 Years of Cum" event to receive the 10-epic-games orb but I did not get it. I tend to access my awards soon after earning them, so is this a typo and I've actually claimed whatever this reward actually is?

OR is it really an epic-10-games orb and I didn't receive it?

And you have at least 21,000 Xtals?

And you do not see a "Claim" button below the reward?

And you do not see a tick above the reward either, indicating that you claimed it already?

Or you do, but have no EPx10 orb among your resources and are 100% sure that you did not use it already in Pachinko?

Ok. So it's just a glitch or something, because it it showing in a position to be claimed well before 5250 xtals were earned. Thank you for the enlightenment.

Ah! Now I know what's the Problem is! 

In the anniversary this year there were two short SE variants where you could get revived Girls. If you had one or more Girls from former appearance you got an EpPx10 Orb instead. The EpPx10 Orb you see is at the place where you had gotten the 1st event Girl. After you had claimed her, the event shows the reward for a Girl, that's in your Harem: a EpPx10 Orb!

I never recognised as I hide claimed rewards via HH++. This is a confusing glitch 😄.
