I'm actually able to beat people in Seasons now. Thank you Kinkoid for listening to our feedback.

About 90 battles with Donatien and I'm only at 31 shards for Carnival Riley. My luck with girls just isn't too good these days.

Seasons was released barely 5 hours ago. Nobody has a definitive answer to this, not even the devs.

The appropriate term would be a money pit. People who aren't thinking or don't know will buy the Season Pass thinking Seasons is a well thought out and balanced game mode where they can have a good possibility of reaching the end before the month is over. In reality, they'll be eternally stuck a low-mid tiers if their level isn't high enough. Then the process will repeat each month as your Mojo gets reset. If this had just been Arena with a Season Pass, I don't think people would be as frustrated. To me it's not about the girls or the XP or the orbs, it's about the method in which this was thought of and implemented. The repeat warnings from people saying "Hey, there are some serious flaws in this system" are ignored in favored of throwing it out there and collecting $5 from people unfortunate enough to get the pass. That matters more to me and a lot of other people because it's a sign of the future for the game. I'm hoping this gets rectified because I've seen Kinkoid still be able to do things that benefit low-mid tier players such as PoP. When that happens, only time will tell.

The issue of making the season pass payable with kobans isn't the real issue here for me. The core mechanics of Seasons is flawed for anyone below an exceptionally high level. I'd also like to add that I don't see this new game mode as pay to win, quite the opposite. I cannot pay to win Seasons any faster. No amount of refreshes will give me the ability to defeat the three Level 400+ opponents the game will match me with every time.

The new bundle with the koban and orbs is very nice. I was tempted to buy it until I played Seasons. Now I'm just upset. A crying shame.

I have the say, I was sorta hoping Kinkoid would have fixed the issues pointed out in the test server thread about Seasons. That along with the Season Pass being cash only encourages me not to support the game mode at all.

The matchmaking for Arena was much better than Seasons. I dunno why they went and mucked it up. I'll be avoiding Seasons entirely until this error in judgement is rectified.

My very first fight after the tutorial. I'd laugh if it weren't so sad. I either tank a fight or spend 12 koban if I want to swap opponents. How about instead I do neither of those and just avoid Seasons altogether? Yes, I think I'll do that. RIP Arena, I wish you never left.

They're putting in the Seasons today. Not sure why they removed Arena now rather than at the reset but whatever. Minor inconvenience where I can't switch my team for a few hours.

I am really enjoying the theme of this one. Girls are looking good too. These classic events almost make up for LC and PoA.

Dropped 20 EPx1 orbs, got no girls. Just not my day today with orbs. EDIT: Decided to drop 20 more and got Barrel (37 orbs) and Natasha (2 orbs). Barrel has been one of my most wanted girls so I'd say it was worth it.

Another month, another 5 events. Hopefully December will be the last month of this and we'll start 2021 with the old 4 event month schedule.

Burned through 40 x1 orbs for the contest: 12 boosts, 8 books and 20 avatars. My quest for getting my first girl from the MP continues. I'm pretty sure I've hit over 150 MPx1 spins without a girl.

The later bosses take longer and longer to give up their girls. Just the way it goes unfortunately.

Finished the PoA. Didn't need to spend any kobans either. As expected, a nice casual ride when you buy the paid path.

Digging the art of Celia. I'd be down for more writing if it meant adding her to the game.

I've done the last two PoAs but I think from this point on PoP will be a better investment of my koban. I'll do PoAs again when the art is exceptionally good but spending 7200 koban on girls I won't even use for my PvP team is very wasteful IMO. All the other resources are nice but not nice enough.

The all-time Leaderboards were really cool. I dunno why those couldn't stay. I'd also add that I liked the national leaderboards to see how I stacked up with my fellow countrymen. Hope they make a return eventually.

I'll answer this the best way I can. I believe he's suggesting putting the Tier 1 girls into Tier 2 as to not have to slow down boss progression to grind away at Tier 1 girls. I can sort of agree with that. I don't know why it wasn't done that way from the start. Alternatively, he could be lost and asking a question of "How do I get Tier 1 girls if the boss is at Tier 2?" The answer to that would be to click the diamonds above the boss' name to switch tiers once you've reached the prerequisite levels.

Violet is easily my favorite out of all the girls. I will say Josephine is second but still an overall meh. Should be a comfortable ride through all the challenges assuming I can finish them before the Arena goes bye-bye.
