It was supposed to be a bit of a joke/whine about my poor champ crit luck (a la the cake is a lie). My feeling is that at 42%/8% in 8 rds I get 1-3 crits (instead of 3 - 4). It does not affect the conclusion. A couple of times I did keep track and my crit rate was way less than my harmony. Like 40% harmony and I was getting 1 crit every 6 attacks.

Re losing contributions if you quit. It is a problem but I can not think of a solution. If the club turns really bad and becomes an uncomfortable place for you it is a bummer that you lose all your contributions. Same thing if the club goes full zombie. On the other hand it is unfair to the club if a wacko member bails and takes their contributions with them after benefiting from all the other member's contributions. C'est la vie.

I am a little late to this thread. Wrt charm vs stage 5 champs. Against low level champs stacking your lineup with KH may be a good idea. Against mid and high level champs always match poses. As I understand it your matching attack against a champ is (base + girl) * 2. I.e. from my low level test account: L240ish, ego = 200K, harmony = 42%/8%, rounds survived = 8, champ does 25K/rd, base = 11K, girl = 17K, dam/rd = 28K unmatched. Case 1) Matching. 8 x 2 x 28 = 448K impression. Case 2) Non-matching KH. 10 x 1 x 28 = 280K impression. The probability of a crit is a lie. 42% (me) vs 8% (champ) typically gets me 2 crits in 8 rds. (I should be getting 3-4.) A KH crit is worth 10% of 200K so 2 is worth 40K ego. Because of the asymmetry of impression vs ego it is best to think of that as extra rounds. Say it extends the fight by 2 rounds. The 2 rounds get you another 1/2 crit so another +10K, still about +2 rounds. The short story is a KH crit is worth about 71% of a match but you only crit 1 in 4 times so effectively a KH crit worth only about 18% of a match. Match all the way, ignore the class, Ch is not at a disadvantage.

@Moizevitch The 3 biggest problems with clubs are: 1) There is no real way to know much about a club before applying. Language? Active? Chatty? Relaxed? Contributions required? Evil (kicks contributing members for no good reason)? You are in the dark. 2) You make a bunch of contributions, the club goes in a direction you are not happy with and you leave the club. You lose the club bonus and all your contributions remain in a club you disliked enough to leave. You are sad. 3) Your club leader quits the game. If the leader contacts Kinkoid before they quit leadership can be transferred but it is manual, hard to do, and requires a fair bit of effort by the outgoing leader. There is no way to replace a club leader who just quits. Now your club can not kick bad members or accept new ones. You are very sad.

L389 is just not enough for D3 1-4 so I tried for the cheapest 5-15 possible. I used only 2 days of orange and 4 days of green. People where passing me in the last 10 minutes doing the same thing I was. Scraping losses for a last few 8 pts per. Earlier I had decided to buy the 3 tokens I was missing. That probably got me 24 or so pts. Made 15th by 34 pts. Too close. This week I have 18 L4xx players in my 103 player D3 and the week is going to be disrupted for me (rl) so no cheapo approach this time. I will aim for 3 days of orange and see how things look.

hmmm. i am 365 and have 211 girls with a max collect around 640k. Almost 30 of them arent upgraded at the moment (since money isnt important, i am waiting for a shot of a 1-4 place in TOF-Affection), champs still have some girls (final mecia t2, fredy t2, jackson t2, pandora bitch all 3) and most of the time I am farming some event girls, so with grunt and ninja spy etc. not this much of money to get from them (but donatien is already 260) I spent 14M a day, and that's also what I am getting for fighting champions, collecting money, etc. pp. If I am not winning a league season I am most likely not getting ahead moneywise Ok, now you are making me feel bad. I though, jeez fewer girls and 20% MORE income, I must have made a mistake. Nope. You are doing waaaaaay better than me in $/girl. My max collect is 542,324. I am missing stars on only 4 rare, 18 epic, and 15 legendary girls. They are all missing at most 1 star except for a the new legendaries who are missing 2-3 (and 1 missing 4). I do not think I would make 640K even if I maxed em all.

@Dmytro: I am level 386 with 219 girls, most at max stars. Max collect is about 540K. Champs all girl-less and in farm-for-cash-without-leveling-them mode. According to TOF I spent 83.4M so far this week. Call it 6.8 days. That is 12.3M/day. I have been accumulating about 3 M/day. So I estimate my income is about 15 M/day. This is a pretty normal week for me with no unusual spending/saving. So I think your guesses are pretty close but a little low.

I hesitate to write this because it smacks of magic and I dislike attributing magic to the game but here goes: About every 15 or so battles the kk servers are slow returning a result. (I can see there is zero traffic.) Usually if I wait kk wakes up and I can continue. Usually the wait is < 30 sec but can be up to a few minutes. Doing a refresh fixes the problem but takes a long time and has other effects. Poking the kk servers with a stick also usually fixes things. The hang can occur on any screen. I.e.: on the choose girl for team screen if the screen does not respond after clicking validate, select another girl, re-select the original girl, now the validate button is lit again, click it again and things usually work. This is not possible on the battle screen. Once you have clicked perform everything is greyed out until the results come back. In short, anytime a screen hangs, doing anything that changes the screen (talks to the server??) usually wakes it up and allows the frozen screen to continue. The club chat pop down works best. It is always available. Waiting more than 5 secs? Pop the chat down and back up. Fixes things about 4 out of 5 times. I have worked in IT for a long time. This should not work. Windows and FF. YMMV.

I have been watching this with some interest. D3 1-4, and D2 1 are all clogged. If you are not there already you are never going to get there. D3 5-15 and D2 2-4 are clogging up now. I think if you are low D3 now you will be able to work your way up to the top half but it will take longer than you are used to and you may be the last player group that can make it. If I was in the bottom half of D3 today (I usually finish D3 5-15) I would drop down to D2, reduce my booster use as much as possible and use a "max marginal victories" strategy. I.e. Manage the pts/fight so you stay 16-30 by using weaker girls against weaker opponents. Win as many as possible AND skip as few as possible. 15x18 pts is better than 12x22 pts + 3x0 as far as XP is concerned but the give roughly the same number of pts.

I swapped 1 of my orange days for a green day (3/3 instead of 4/2) and still managed to finish 10th in D3. I spent one of those green days with a grey ginseng equipped. Doh! It was like wearing armor but one side of the helmet is made from cheese singles slices.

I have used a pre-paid visa to buy the monthly card in the past. 3 things to note: 1) I had to force my VPN to exit in the country the card was purchased in or KK's payment processor would call fraud. 2) The exchange rate and fees where really high. There was a foreign transaction free, an exchange fee and bad exchange rates. The net result was I was paying double. I gave up and cancelled after about a year. 3) The EU recently (mid 2019?) added extra payment verification rules that kinkoid has to follow so YMMV.

Bucking the trend with a short, positive summary. I did well in the event. Spent about 11K kobans in addition to the free fights and got 3 event girls, plus Dark Lord's level 2 girl, plus 33 shards on his level 3 girl, plus enough affection from Karole to give them all a star or two, plus raised DL's cash payout to the point where it is not laughable. Those who are in the "every event should give me a girl" camp. Think what you are saying. That was never the intent. The whole point of a "game" is you can not get everything. Pick your shots. Sacrifice here, make out like a bandit there. Play the game. The game already gives out lots for free.

I have to break one of the unwritten forum rules and praise kinkoid for announcing this event. I am not charm so the girls are really meh for me but the way this was handled is fantastic. Giving players a heads up days before the event starts, even before the previous event ends, is a real bro move. I have a low level Ch player in my club. He is a little low on kobans and is trying to decide: After finishing the girl he is working on should he dip into his reserves to get a second at a decent price or save the kobans. Now any charm player who needs a good alpha/beta knows to hold on to enough kobans for Ombressa. Having an event described in this detail, this far ahead? Excellent.

Finished 11th with 6084 pts in my D3. Needed 5 days of orange boost. I think that is about 8 times. Things are evolving in D3 as I expected. This season there are 14 L400 or better players (out of 100) so about 1/7 is 4xx. I still need the same 5 x orange to beat 16th. There are more 400s but I have grown as well. Red Queen race. You can not win but you can lose.

The game assigns you a class HC/KH/Ch randomly when you start. It allows 1 free class change (and 1 free name change). I think you can do more changes by paying kobans. See your profile page. People change classes to get an advantage. When I started Ch had the advantage, then for a long time HC was best. Now its KH #1 with HC a close 2nd. Ch players have it tough right now. The only girls worth having as alpha and beta are girls of the same class as you. An off-class girl is any girl with a different class than you.
