Just made a calculation and I've lost about 700 affection because not prioritizing Angela and making useless other girls. That is 2 days worth of affection, but it's not a huge dent, because leveling those other girls did help with shortening my daily playtime!

It is true that the prices of the items in the shop are mostly bellow 9000 kobans which is the amount charged for gacha, however I want to make it clear that all items in the store are useless, because all items in the store are optional and hearts are free. However you can only get a gacha girl by playing gacha and by throwing that 9000 kobans dice. In my opinion gacha is the only thing you should spend kobans on.

Hi. Just multiply the base cost with the stage number. If it's stage 1: 200*1=200, stage 2: 200*2=400, stage 3: 200*3=600 etc. To answer your question, you add them up: 200+400+600=1200 cost from level 1 to 3 included. The best girls to upgrade are the ones who give idle multipliers. So stage 3 Megane gives know-how idle multiplier, which is good.
