Shokushu tales event - I have been fighting Dark Lord 480 times as of posting here and still nothing. 

My Level: 317 / Dark Lord is maxed out  in terms of his level. All I get is 3500 cash for a fight.

Usually during boss fights it takes me between 180 and 320 fights on average. 

Only once did I have to fight over 440 fights during a summer event.

Finally got Sylvia

Pretty much saying how bad the RNG was for me.

I was fighting Silvanus since early 2018, been playing this game since 2017, it's now 2019 and I finally got all boss girls.

Dropped 20-30k Kobans over the course of the year to force her to drop.

What do you think yourself?
I can calculate it for you, but let's just pick a number out of thin air as well... that would be about 50,000 fights he had to be paying for since Sylvanus was available. The others he could've used all on Sylvanus for free since then (taking into account that he could've used 72 fights a day for about a year on Sylvanus). Now as you might know, refills cost kobans. 50,000 battles worth of refills are 2500 refills, worth 216 kobans each. That's at least 540,000 kobans or €3500,-. That's considering he spent every single free battle he ever got on Sylvanus (and I'm being generous on the numbers there).

It's exaggerated... I tend to get overdramatic, but the paid Kobans I spent are real.

60 fights daily free: I've been pretty consistent this year

20-30 fights free daily: from free Kobans (for completing dailies+event dailies)

20-40 fights paid daily: average from extra kobans purchased

(I bought all Kobans to force most event girls to drop, that's how I got extra Kobans to attempt to force Sylvia to drop.)

100-130 x 365 = 36,500 - 47,450 = 41,975 average number of fights is a closer number.

Not 100k but nearly half that, still a ridiculous number to drop a common boss girl... at least her income is 2510... I guess... LoL

That would be your estimation of total number of fights in a year, but a big part of that number was to fighting other bosses during events.

But let's see at your real numbers: 23096 battles against villains in 18 months, or 23096 battles / 557 days = 41,4 battles/day, and given you also get 137 girls (most of them from events), I doubt you had used more than 5000 battles with silvanus.
