I would argue that making a legendary girl snipable is way worse than making 300 kobans snipable. Both are bad. One is worse. Both together is just mean. Especially since the solution is not hard. Rotate all contest end times 2 hours each month. Give everybody equal opportunity to snipe. I imagine some people outside the americas can not snipe at the current time due to RL. Give them a chance too

I hate LC. Another depressing result. Went to sleep 16th at 103K pts, 32K up on 26th. Woke up 27th 16K behind 25th. No bad feeling toward the snipers. They are just playing the game in front of them. My hate is reserved for whoever in KK thinks this is fair for american TZ players. Edit: And my reward for 27th? Endurance item. FFS!

I took 687 fights to drop Amaya but that also got me 1/2 of Melody (dropped) so I am either very unhappy or near average.

Sorry if I came across as mocking, it was not my intent. We all started at L1. I just am genuinely confused by posts about how expensive thing "X" is. (And posts about events being too short to get all the available girls without refills, or a drop rate being too low.) FWIW I looked at her and decided I would pass. Overall I like the mythic girl change. I think they have priced her well. I think she is gettable by a large swath of players. I sort of wish I was a 300ish level player where getting her would be a real challenge and would pay back big time. I remember when Norou came out. I spent every horded koban to get her and 3 months of all my cash and affection items to get her to 5 stars. But then I kicked butt. Good times. (Now I do not use her ) We seem to agree that the PvP is simplistic and pretty broken. We also agree that there is a problem at the top of D2 and D3. I have just won D3 for only the second time ever so I suspect I am on cusp of being in your "small and specific group of players" but regardless, in past posts I have advocated nerfing D2 1st and D3 1-4 rewards. The real tragedy here is how HC got screwed. First ever mythic dropped with zero warning? WTF! Right now every CH and KH player who can is piling up the kobans. Its going to be a bloodbath next month. I predict no left over shards. So, no insult intended, just actual inability to see where people who complain about resource costs in general and the cost of the mythic in particular are coming from. We good?

I really do not understand the "I should be able to get all content even if I am only a year into the game" crowd. The mythic girl is not that expensive. A couple of months, even at mid levels. KK has a history of springing stuff on us that requires a whack of kobans to take advantage of. If you have < 10K kobans banked you are asking for tears. So a prudent player only needs to scrape up an additional 4-7K. Easy. She will not make much difference to the top players. In a few months all of them will have one and nobody will have an advantage. The real winners will be mid level players who scrape and sacrifice to get one and upgrade her. They will kill against their mythic-less peers. Yes, the mythic girl requires sacrifice. Yes, top level players have to sacrifice less. That is the way games work. You never have enough resources to do everything. Veterans get a leg up. Some of the top level players bought their way there. Fine. They financed the game. But most of the top players fought their way there. They gave up stuff. I give you that there is no mechanism in the game for a mid-level, smart player to catch a high level, smart player. I am just not convinced that is a flaw. (Full disclosure, I am almost high level. 440)

OK. I see a pattern emerging. I got my 2nd D3 win so I am no longer a 1 hit wonder. This was very similar to my 1st D3 win lo those many months ago. A soft league but not a cake-walk with multiple multiple D3 winners. Going by D3 success rate (1st and 2/3/4 and 5-9) I was 5th or 6th but with a 15 level deficit. So just like the 1st time I played along, minding my own business, hoping for 2-4 but not going to cry if I added to my large collection of 5ths and willing to live with anything better than 16th. I needed at least 2 people with better records than me to make mistakes just to get in the top 4. I spent the whole week gradually working my way up to 9th. Because of the way boosters expired I had to end 8 hours early. I was pretty chuffed that I managed to get to 1st on my second last fight and ended up 25 pts ahead of 2nd. Zero losses, only fought 2 boosted players, but only 6524 pts in a 100 person league for 21.97 average. Nowhere near my best. And so to bed. When I woke up I was still first. I have no idea by how much but even 25 is close. So I only seem to win when I am not trying that hard. I'll take it.

I am L440 so we are in similar situations. You are already doing pretty good for L420. Prioritize XP. If you have a choice between losing some kobans to get some XP, take it. Checking every reset puts you ahead of 80% of D3 already. Rock on. Use the ++HH script. I run 6xrainbow as a base and then swap in monos but only if they will get me an extra point. My booster choice is a mix of cordy and gin. I usually run 1 day of 4xcordy and use that day to take on all the monsters. If I have given up on 1-4 I throw some Chor in there. I have a girl line-up and a gear load-out tailored to each opponent class. Real pros like shal also tailor their booster choice to who ends up in their league each week. I am not that advanced but it seems like the next level I would have to use.

As of start of day 8 I just dropped the second girl but I started with 160 banked so over 255 battles / girl. I will have to break out the kobans for the 3rd girl. I could ascribe my sub-par progress to natural variance, oooooooooor I could conclude that there is a un-holy alliance of KK programmers, the universe in general, and a cabal of little know deities that are targeting me personally in order to thwart the recognition of my natural superiority. Tbh the second choice has a much nicer ring to it.

I already preferred seasons over arena during season 1. Now I will fight you if you try and put arena back. Big net improvement in the game. Thanks KK

Xemnas has nailed it. The only things I can add / emphasize are: Thank you KK from the bottom of my heart for replacing the 1 hr Arena nag with RL friendly, 10 hr, Seasons. The XP on paid path really hurts. The differing screens for choosing a team in Leagues vs Seasons slows me down. I really like being able to bank stuff during the month and then spend it when I need it. Nice. With Arena you always lost 1/3 of every day because of sleep. With Seasons you can sleep and lose nothing. Excellent! All in all I vastly prefer Seasons.

Not only is MyP on an accelerated cycle but for the second cycle in a row I have a girl available. Yesterday the girl dropped after only 39 orbs. This time it took 210 MyP 1x orbs: 38 books, 115 avatars, 27 useful boosters, 29 useless boosters, and and I still hav 36 I can not use.

I finished Season of the Rose a few hours ago about 1-2 days earlier than I predicted. I have held off running my mouth until the season was complete. I probably should hold off until after 2 seasons but patience was never my strength. I like seasons more than the arena. It was pretty easy. I am boosted in some manner 3/4 of the time for leagues. I do not think I ever had 3 losses in a row. Ended up about 400th on the leaderboard. The girl xp/aff is much lower than arena. In arena I was in bot city so I could run 3 non-maxed lvl/star girls. In seasons I can sometimes run a non-maxed omega. The lower xp rewards (vs old arena) are not really an issue since everybody is in the same boat. Despite the above statement my biggest dislike is the xp on the paid path. I am right on the cusp of being able to place 2-4 in D3 every 3rd or so week. I need a weak group and no mistakes. If I fall behind 3-4 levels in a year I am toast. I like the extra strategy from being able to bank fists, energy, and xp for weeks. I REALLY like the 10 hour rhythm. I am so happy to kick that hourly arena nag to the curb. This offsets all the negatives. To all those hating on seasons I ask that you look at what it can do, instead of how it is not the arena.

I finally have a girl available in the rotation so I thought I better dump some 1x orbs while I can. Started with 281. After 39 rolls: 5 books, 9 useless boosters, 7 useful boosters, 17 priceless avatars, and MyP seems to be able to detect when I am settling in to clear out my cupboard. Now I have to wait for another non-empty rotation.

12 hrs in and in my bracket: 1st has already spent about 1 day of xp + 5B. They will probably have to spend more. 4th: 1 day of xp + 2.5B. 10th: 1 day of xp + 300M. A real bargain. It will not hold. 25th costs 1 day of xp + 50M.

The "end of leagues refill limit" is a nice un-looked for plus. I am in the Americas so I always have more opponents than tokens left when I go to sleep 6 hrs before league reset. If I will be 6 fights short I need to run my bar down to 9, do a refill, then do 15 fights just before quitting for the night. If I screw up and do too many fights or calculate wrong I end up buying tokens I never use. If I read the patch notes right I can stop worrying about this. One less accounting detail. Nice. No screen shot because I am asleep at reset. I really wish there was some way to see how the league ends if you are not online in the minutes before reset. Things played out as expected in my D3. I was 10th highest by level (my highest rank by level ever) and the bracket was really weak. @Chthugha had 18 (I think) D3 wins, I had 1 D3 win, and that was that. Just a bunch of 2-3-4s. I was second with Chthugha 163 up when I finished and went to sleep and I was still second when I woke up so he finished at least that far ahead. I was well clear of 3rd last time I was able to check but he could have had fights remaining. I ended up with 22.427 pts/fight, my highest ever. Congrats to Chthugha on his 19th? D3 win. I also noted low (for D3) level players with near constant boosts and 0 or very low league points. Probably a seasonal effect.

if you can not be the best, what else should you do? I really like the idea of a red lantern award. Most troll fights in a row without a shard drop each week? The "winner" would get a token award (MyPx3?) and go on a red lantern forum thread.

6 Girls for me this time. The mission girl: Bimbette The 3 boss girls: Akama, Sue, Riley (Akama was my 400th) 2 girls on 5 EvP spins: Ronda, Gossy. I used 135ish fights carried over from POA + all my free fights + 24 from TOF D3 3rd + 1/5 of a refill - 14 due to reset.

Back in the day I used to participate in the "non-defense pact". When we went idle we would swap in L1 girls. Made for some interesting ooopsies when we forgot to swap back before resuming play. I have never really paid any attention to mojo. I just took every possible fight. (Except for 2 2 month periods when I focused on losing.) Losses are good. Am I right in thinking I can only lose mojo when I attack? I do not lose mojo when other players attack and beat me?

Hmmm. I have never placed in the top 20 by level until three weeks ago. This week I am 10th. 5 places higher than ever before. Moving up by about 5 places / week for the last 3 weeks. I am suspicious . Did a bunch of 44x 45x stop playing?

@Slynia has already posted the finish (thanks) a few posts up. I was not going to try because I would have had to beat a 5 x D3 winner with 18 levels on me for 4th. But my purples for the last league were still good for 8 hrs so I started in as I usually do. I just kept finding top 1/4 players unboosted and then taking 22-23 points off them. Over the 1st 3 days I caught just about all the top players unboosted and ended up with zero losses on the week. My luck slide a little once I got into the littles but I estimate I ended up with about +40 luck points. Finished 3rd ahead of a 5x winner and a 16x winner! 22.141 pts/fight. Not my best but pretty good. Very happy.

Ego is too easy to manipulate and can change by huge amounts. 4 x purple cordy gives almost no extra ego but makes you lethal. 4 x purple Chorl increases your ego by 40% (about 150K for me) but is a poor choice (except against champs L5). Mojo should be the correct stat to use. I just think they have a poor implementation.

Doh!! You are right. 1 girl on the free path needing 2 x 50. Isn't the first time I have mistaken an avatar for a girl. My brain assumed that if avatars where in the mix there would be more than 1. I will go back and edit my post. So far I am liking it. I have not lost a Seasons battle yet and I am 33 pts from finishing L2. I should do that before I pack it in for the night. I am not in the top 100. (275 at the moment. GeorgeMTO is at 200.) So 2 levels in 15 hrs + the 10 kisses we started with. 12 hrs/level. And the effort is waaaaaaaaaaaay less. Let the game sit for 3 hours while I do RL stuff? Yes please.
