I finally got a 2nd place in D3! Now I have at least 1 each of 1-4. Congrats to Der Righter for the win and to Vitalyhhh3 for punching way above his weight.

Finished the POA 4 girl version late yesterday, no kobans spent beyond the bonus path cost, no hurry. I hate LC events. Normal events are merely lucrative or expensive and offer many or few get-able girls. POA fall in middle of both those axis but adds the planning challenge and mostly allows you to work on whatever boss you like for the duration. So POAs are in the "sure, why not?" category for me. I am glad there was only 1 smallish sell junk task. Those bug me. Why you force me to keep a huge inventory and give me 0 tools to manage it KK? Originally I found the spend energy task boring but the more people posted "at end, can not spend E, wtf? Sad!" the more entertained I became. Doubly so watching @GeorgeMTO grit his teeth and play nice. My only suggestion is do NOT put a get points in contest task last. Good luck to all those still on the path!

Whelp, 5th place in D3 this time. 29 pts back of 4th but only 93 back of @_shal_ (congrats on the top 4). Obviously, looking at shal's results I made many mistakes but my trend is up. Maybe I will try installing ++hh. On the one hand I am bummed at missing 4th by 30 pts, on the other I am stoked at my 22.007 pts/fight in a tough, POA influenced week. This is the first time I have ever broken 22 in D3 so yeah!!!

Done with this nasty event. I was not going to participate but I ran into a situation in the POA event where I could not spend effectively because I had GpPx10 orbs in the way. I resolved to use them in the next casino event. Then the LC casino event pops up. Fine. Burn all 9 GpPx10 orbs. Gets me to 8th. Clears that problem. Real bad luck with these spins, 2 harmony, 3 HC mono (I am KH), 2 weak-ass rainbow, 1 small rainbow upgrade, 1 mediocre KH mono. 12 hours later I have sunk to 14th. Burn 40 MyPx1 orbs. 11th. 10 hours later I have sunk to 18th. (0 girls.) Burn 80 MyPx1 orbs with 30 min to go. 7th. (0 girls.) Burn all 3 EpPx10 orbs in last 2 min. 3rd. (Sarah, Sailor Celsius, Micaela Smith) Using 5400 kobans as the measure I got way more than I would have waiting for casino contests and winning/placing there. I might have been able to win 6 contests with these orbs but that would have required me to get up 3 hours early 6 times and probably would have taken 4-5 weeks. This way I am done with a nasty event and I only had to get up early once. Hate the event. Had to lose 3 hours sleep and the 5th place player spent 95% of what I did and got bumped from 100 shards down to 50 in the last 2 min. Sorry 5th.

I was in with @GeorgeMTO and @_shal_ and as expected finished third behind those two. Awesome but still no D3 2nd to complete my set. 2 losses, 21.845 pts/battle. I did not make any bad mistakes but watching shal kick butt with his level is sobering. Motivates me to up my game. I always have to finish early because of sleep so for a few hours I was first. I do not like having to put a stick in the sand and then go to bed not knowing what the result will be. I was going to take the current week off and collect some purple because I am almost out. But there are only 4 prev D3 winners (2 with many wins) in the bracket and there is a LC pachinko contest and I have MANY MyPx1 orbs. I think I will see if I want to try for LC top 4 and see how many L Cordy I get out of it. <Edit: 120 MyP spins got me 8 L cordy>

I am sure I have @GeorgeMTO quaking in his boots . The nice thing about the single D3 win is it makes me look waaaay tougher than I am. You can not really tell that the 1st was a fluke and is backed up with a meager handful of 3rds and 4ths. Having GeorgeMTO and @_shal_ in the bracket means I am really only have a shot at 3rd or 4th. Oh well, purple up and have at 'em!

I am in the unhappy group. I managed to get the girl last LC on day 3 but it was not fun. I had to choose between paying way more than non-NA time zone players and still risking getting nothing or losing 3 hours sleep per contest. I choose the latter and ended up down 9 hours over 3 days. I can not afford that for a game. I will look at the girl and the contests this time but I expect to sit this event out for only the 3rd time in 3 1/2 years of play. It is actually kind of impressive that KK has designed a event so unfair/unpleasant I am taking a pass. And before people pop up and say it is easy to win LC contests just be aware things vary wildly. The 400+ bracket is a very different place.

Fight champs when boosted. Try and combine a boosted day on the champ with a day taking on tough opponents in leagues. I like to draft until the 1st 5 slots have good girls, Then I do 1 fight and see how many get in on the action. If I only survive to the 7th girl I resume drafting until slots 6 & 7 also have good girls. Then max the XP of all the girls who get hits in. For stages 1-4: Once I have my drafting done I watch 1 fight all the way to the end. Count the rounds and note your last ego number. Say the champ is doing 25K/round, you last to the 10th round, and your last ego is 20K. That 20K is a waste. I swap out as many rainbows for monos as possible while still surviving 10 rounds. The aim is to still survive 10 rounds, do more damage each round, and start round 10 with the least amount of ego remaining possible. For stage 5: defense does not count so rainbow gear and ginseng boosters are wasted. Offense is everything. Use mono-stat gear. This is one of the few places chorella and jujubes make some sense. If a slot sees action but you do not have a matching girl to put in it use HC > KH > Ch.

This is not supposed to happen. This has got to be one of the lowest scoring D3 wins in recent times. Now when people check my profile they are going to think I am a contender or some kind of @_shal_ wanna be. I've peaked.

Americas players deeper in the hole. We cannot preload as effectively and we lose the end hours. Now that energy matters we have yet another asset where we are disadvantaged. \whine

A pretty weird D3 with a good 3rd place finish. Initially I was all excited because there was only 1 prev D3 winner. It looked like the easiest D3 I have ever seen. But as the week unfolded I got more and more pessimistic. The top players perma-boosted and I could not get a crit for love or money. Last week; 0 losses, this week: 8 fights lost (some 11s!). I ended up with 21.64 pts/fight, 0.6 worse than last week. (That is about 160 pts worse considering the 1 extra player this week.) Last week I finished 4th and this week it was 3rd. At least 1 of the players I lost all 3 fights to ended up below me when the dust settled. They must have been doing something really weird to overpower max-boosted-me while defending and not pile up the points on offense. I think it was a combination of people playing for POA and players that never compete for top 4 giving it a go. Considering the pleasant result it was not that fun a week to play. Log on, look for unboosted with level higher than me, find none, settle for picking off mid-levels, repeat. Fight a battle, watch an opp with 22% harmony to my 28% score their crit on round 1, watch me score 0 crits in the 5-6 rounds, repeat. But its all good. I'll take it.

I do not know what @Observer_X's situation is but my arena win rate is basically 100%. I get mostly bots. Arena wins used to be worth something when they gave player xp. Now I recommend losing as many fights as you can until you drop down to easy street or hopefully all the way to botville. Take the 16 least mojo wins each day then lose every fight possible. It costs you almost nothing. (9 girl xp + 9 aff) * 3 at my level. If you are struggling for arena wins the cost is worth it. The biggest mistake is not taking losses. If you end up in botville you can resume winning, have a 100% win rate, have the ability to pile on PVP if you need to, and have the ability to get all your wins with weak girls who can benefit from the xp and aff. Even an unboosted 4 star will wipe the floor with a bot. An arena win with a maxed aff girl is a waste. It took me about 6 weeks of max 16 wins/day to get where I am. Mojo is almost never your friend.

Right you are. I hit the task just before bedtime so I only got in about 10 pts after I posted. The next day had a lot of RL in it and I had no reason to hurry so I might not have finished before the next night. I am usually about 1 refill short of being able to fight everybody in the league (thanks a lot NA time zone) but my guy came up in leagues so I decided to do a refill since I would be doing it anyway. I ended up using about 14 hrs elapsed (including sleep).

Just started task 20 a few hours ago. 80 pvp should take a leisurely 30 hrs. I unlocked the 2nd path but I have not spent any kobans beyond that. I managed to complete both champ tasks without making the nasty champs worse. I avoid leveling Alban because making him more powerful would decrease the $ from farming him. Visor and Matsuda have 0 matching poses and I want to keep it that way. The other 3 got leveled. I had saved every item since the last POA and still did not have enough. I had to sell 9 garbage boosters. So this event is going to bring me 4 event = 4 2 10xEP = 2 28 1xEP = 2.8 110 MP shards = 1.1 0.4 of Avia + say 0.2 of Valicta an event total of about = 10.5 girls. I dropped Avia in the pvv task (#18) and now I can spend the rest of the event on Valicta Karol's tier 2 girl. I think this version of POA is better than the previous ones. My pain points are still the tedious gather junk, sell junk tasks and having to send in the bad news bears against the champs.

Landed in a weak bracket and managed to hold on to 4th a nice chunk up on 5th despite some playing errors. A bit of bad luck saddled me with my only 2 losses. I fought 1 battle unboosted (doh) and 2 battles with the wrong girls (doh) but my biggest screw-up was clicking sell instead of equip (DOH). Bye bye nice purple gear. I was sleepy. Here is the sequence: be sleepy, click sell, 2 secs oblivious, 2 secs dawning horror, 4 secs trying to think of a fix, 2 secs accepting your fate, 10 secs evaluating the damage, a lifetime of lingering regret.

I got about 5 100 drops early on when we first went to shards. I think I was getting about 1 a month. Then nothing, more nothing, more nothing, .... until today.

No screen shot because I missed the reset but I ended up 3rd with 21.96 pts/fight. Fortunately @Kenrae (congrats on the 2nd) did post a screenshot so I could see where I ended up. Naturally, at my level I had to go 6xpurple. I managed to win all my fights and caught all the 4xx players unboosted (or poorly boosted). I did 1 refill when my judge was up and 3 high level players let their boosters lapse and another because of lost tokens (NA time zone and sleep). My second top 4 in D3. It looks like I can compete in D3 for top 4 but only in very weak brackets. I think I can scrape another 10 or so points together but beyond that it will just be luck and how strong the bracket is.

Thanks for fixing the leagues fake full tokens bug. I got caught twice by this were I did non-optimal refills right at the end of a season. Nice to hear it is squashed.

I finished 11th in my D3 with only junk boosters. I have never used 4 x purple chor before. It looks good to start but even as KH you end up losing. My previous cheapest D3 15th or better was 2 x orange. The bracket was sub-optimal because of the rushing for LC#1 day 1. I had to use my 1st every 15 x battle button. Each use of that button probably cost me about 8 pts (wrong girls and gear). I did a handful (5?) of refills and each one of those probably cost me 4 pts (missed flexibility to catch players unboosted). Fortunately enough other people played sloppy and I ended up about where I usually do. I probably would not have reached 4th even had I ignored LC#1 and played for it. Top 24 by level (with their best finish) this week are: 7x1 7x1 16 3 6 5 6 2x2 12 3 8 6 11 8 19 16 13 37 11 3 (me) 20 10 19 33 I am going to try for it. 1st, 2nd and probably 3rd are out of reach so there are 3 of us with top 4 finishes looking for 4th. My 3rd was probably a fluke, there are another 4 players with 5th and 6th place finishes, and I am a good 12 levels back of most of them so I will need a fair bit of luck.

L413 North American player. Hate the event. LC Day 1: Woke up 3 hours before normal (T-60 min) to see whats what. 1 1/2 refills for 25 shards, 3 refills for 50 shards, 15ish refills for 4th. I was already hating being up so early and I did not want to have to do this 4 times so I decided to go for 50. By the time I finished 3 refills I needed another. 4 refills took me to 7th, less than 1 refill above 11th. T-5 min and I was seeing motion in the 11-14 spots so I made another insurance refill. Turns out I would not have needed the last refill. Result: 930 kobans for 50 shards, big sleep deficit. LC Day 2: I have lots of cash. Contemplated dumping 100M and waking up at T-30 min to do any topping off. Decided against doing the 100M because it would not save much time. Just as easy to do it at T-10 min. Slept through the reset. I would have lost the 100M. The 25 shard bracket started at 135M. Result: 0 spent for 0 shards, legendary item sold for 8.5M. LC Day 3: I am going to try and wake up 3 1/2 hours early (T-90 min) and if 50 shards can be had for less than 10 refills I will do it. I just want this to be over. There are parts of the game that are tedious but this contest is actively making my days unpleasant due to lack of sleep. I will try to get the girl on this one but this is the last time I participate in a LC unless they do something about the end time. And just so this is not a total whine-fest I love the change KK made to remove the flying cash animation. Total thumbs up there KK!! Edit: LC Day 3: Event done. Thank RNG. I had to dump 8 refills to get 7th and my last 50 shards. I probably overpaid by 1 but there where 3 of us sniping 10th. Half of the last refill did not register in time. All the others had french flags but in these days of VPNs you never know. KK got about 3K kobans from me this event but I am never doing another contest/event with this reset time-zone crap. To non-NA players: Have fun, I do not hold it against you. And since I am up I will wait 30 min and then snipe in the casino contest.

Looks like last week's 3rd in D3 was a fluke after all. Purple boosted all week and only made 7th. I've made D3 7th with ggggyy in the past. 101 players & 6560 pts = 21.87 pts/fight. 4th was 80 pts ahead. I do not have enough purple to try again this week so it looks like a cruise week.
