  1. 1k koban* for the 4th is basically free compared to the ordinary cost. 3k is OK too after all considerations IMO. I got to 14k something points this last time and since we didn't get any petty compensations it was a straight up 6,5k kobans + 1k (cards). Plus around 500 kobans uselessly spent elsewhere, like seasons. There are unfortunately few people in Nutaku who have a heart and swap into their weak team in seasons, so here I want to send my heartfelt thanks to all of them. Even considering their collaborative spirit they are few and far between to do rerolls and so I got 75+ losses in that season alone till the end, which could have been free points and thus less kobs spent. If I could, I'd use two defensive teams: weak for the good folk, and strong against everyone else. Eat it. I'd rather wait some time for revivals in case they are predetermined to happen after a year than spend so much kobans for a single L5. And I most certainly will not consider buying anything for this event, I don't really want to buy anything anymore after witnessing so much creative stupidity, even silver card or other cheap stuff. *nutaku kobans
  2. Can someone kindly ask in chat if Luxuriousbody could return in this anny, in any way or form? I have been waiting for her for 3 years by now.. Thank you very much. Btw long time no see Zorba.
  3. I have a lvl 2000 pantheon, I fight BB with 1 team, no HP lost, I didn't see any major changes with Champions and the only reason I fight champs is when there is contest where I am supposed to do little damage to get more fights? Any other advantages?
  4. What is the point of having your lvl > 500 as of this change? Other than the advantage in league play? Or disadvantage, if you aren't in the top?
  5. I have sometimes seen players well lower lvl 500 gain decent places in the leagues that I have been part of, so I believe somebody dedicated can still do very well even today. Unless you see a lvl 600 opponent with a penchant for destruction in their profile history Now these are the very few that will truly like their new open season as I mean it. Because why not have an easier challenge if you are getting it like a gift, for free? I don't know how many of this kind are on hh.com, but as I've looked into the testimonials of people playing there, it seems to be that largely d3's are a bit less competitive, possibly due to the fact there are more people playing, and you might wind up in an league without major opponents more often than on nutaku. Even here you can find yourself in a table having no particularly remarkable players and you can't help but win the first place. But otherwise everybody except those few are going to be either angry and disappointed, if they were competitive runner-ups like you, or, in majority, mostly uncaring about the change. Some higher-level players, as you know, even now, will not attempt to achieve their best since they just don't care much. I am personally half like this, because to this day I find the profits nerf killed most of the joy of participating with dedication in the league. It was quite entertaining to be able to actually earn and hoard kobans but now, unless one has went to great lengths to stack them in the past, you either win d3 every week or steadily lose your stash, or otherwise you can't help but have to choose to discard getting some recruits, particularly the ugly expensive seasonal event ones. I have had to pay in excess of 5-6k (large) kobans to get the last girl or, well, at times a bit less, like when we had some gift points or lower thresholds, nevertheless I am now starting to feel a strain on my koban chest too. And yet winning d3 compared to a top4 finish will only give me a spare change, then how difficult is it for people without savings? What did the league nerf do except deny the questionable joy for some higher-ups to go down and eff up the poor folk in the lower leagues? In my personal experience (and please mind I have not been dropping to d2) no drastic change happened at all, I've seen some not just dropping their league but dropping the game altogether, but today I still see largely same faces occuping same places. We ought to ask the "man" to make league rewards great again, but that is not going to happen. *Imagine the KK CEO, heavily breathing and flustered* "People are getting the last girl in SE, and without paying?? Hell no!"
  6. Redbeard, it seems that you've skimmed trough my comment. What I wanted to say is as follows: A) You are not a dedicated player and you play sloppy. You don't change teams on occasion, use better or the best boosters and catch people unboosted, etc etc. In that case your 30 level advantage will not help you, so no change for the better will occur for this kind of player unless they decide to improve. B) You are a dedicated player. In case you are fighting against a comparable enthusiast, but now you have the new level gap, indeed, you will essentially win everytime, every week. But if you are that kind of player, it is likely you have had already won a numerous times before, which explains why I think this advantage is not a necessity for you. The only people that will apreciate this change are true hardcore p2w crowd, who at the same time happen to be veterans of the oldest times, playing actively since 2016 and a very few from 2017. I'd argue there are no more than 50 guys like that on Nutaku. And IMO you shouldn't compare the current League against the old discrete win \ loss speedrun League. Only then the highest leveled player with the auto fight thingie had a unilateral advantage against everyone else, except maybe an another player of same caliber and toolkit.
  7. Their patreon alone, the last time I checked it, was bringing a decent stream of money, so I believe they are a financially sound company. But what are those mythical developers you are talking about that don't care AT ALL about the product they produce? Are they robotic AI of some sort or what? Because if I am developing something, then I am developing something and that means AT LEAST checking out, what the hell of an output is the result of my work? We have a solid amount of bugs and ugly user experiences that for some reason the script creators must rectify, like flying girls, fat pvp girls, controls you couldn't click on, sorting columns that isn't working, labels errors, tooltips errors, shop and promotions spam, positioning - clipping errors, tons of logical errors after any bigger update, like right now - this is anything but normal in such a simple browser game. This is not super hard to debug and correct, and even easier to ascertain, if you actually play the damn game at least a bit. But I don't think anyone in the creators team or testers team are playing it and that's why nothing is done until people send reports and reports on top of reports. And then some people, as I heard, are banned by the helpdesk for reporting stuff too much. This is low.
  8. I don't think there are anyone glad about the level cap. You don't need it for pantheon or leagues.. May be there exists a single very salty person that enjoyed their little advantage of a few more levels gained thru their earlier reg and\or arena xp in the past. But still, if they want to be a slouch and yet win a top1 today, they ought to be cautious if a lover leveled player overcomes them due to his dedication and gameplay (strategy?). And there you have it, your 30 level advantage won't help you "just win". However from a psychological standpoint, this update brings a bit of sorrow as the new cap is very high, and with a similar progress for everyone, if some player has 30 lvls over you now, they will still have it +\-1 lvl in future, say in 5 years, and who knows if the game will exist by that time, so I can cleanly substitute "in future" to "forever".
  9. I applaud your decision. It seems to me that the majority of people who were posting here in 2018-2020 have since disappeared with no trace, even the most enthusiastic ones, like that guy who had 10 or more accounts and was often describing his experiences and luck with each, or the one who had given the oath to not spend a single koban. Or annoying people like George. In my club basically 12 people continue to play, even though it's full per se. Of course every game has people leaving all the time but I can't help but feel that our lovely developers have never really tried to perfect their game to the best of their capacity. Simple bugs that you can deal with in a week are everywhere and are not dealt with in years. Instead we are getting questionable features. And I have never heard if any one of them actully plays it? It's always a sad sign. Like I remember reading the articles about the creators of Civilization or HoMM that had played their own games intensely, even in the workplace. That certainly means something both about the game itself and it's development team too.
  10. Deal of the Century! Even if I did say long ago that they will continue to push the level limit further I am still disappointed they actually did it. I often wonder why am I still playing this game.
  11. That is not a "hack". A "hack" would be using ublock to zap the shop with style. That is an official solution provided, if not enabled, by developers for peoples to employ. If they don't appreciate their own means, they will simply disable them. * by the word "hack" I don't mean "a cheat", but rather a self-made solution.
  12. One peculiar thing about monthly cards. If an event is finished and you have discarded some rewards, and then (well after the event) purchase any monthly card, you will receive those lost rewards. Even if the event happened weeks ago or more. Once I got a free plat. card and simult. received some spare change from an event that supposedly ended a month ago? I am not entirely sure how long do those rewards remain in the unclaimed "limbo" but it could very well be within a month or maybe longer. So in case you overslept / forgot to claim something, say grills, even from the type of event NOT mentioned to have automatic claim, e.g. DP, but you had unlocked those rewards - don't panic, just purchase a silver card and you'll get your characters. This is from personal experience.
  13. I can honestly say I have enjoyed the shop spam since I started playing this game. It is never going to stop. But the mentioned code works for me and will likely work for you too. If you are going to wait for a Kinkoid solution I salute you
  14. If you'd rather prefer to not see this shop spam altogether, and forever, do one of the following: 1)add this cookie to the page: "disabledPopups=Bundles", and set it's expire date somewhen distant; 2)add this code to your HH++ script, in the end of the file for example: window.addEventListener("load", function() { if(!document.cookie.hasOwnProperty("disabledPopups")) { document.cookie = "disabledPopups=Bundles"; document.cookies.disabledPopups = "Bundles"; });
  15. Nice to see a person playing stupid and strawman simultaneously to call St. Nicholaus a character. I wonder what kind of lies did people tell me when on one occasion I was in the city of Myra (Demre) and went to see the temple and grave of St. Nicholaus. And now they altered her crappy makeup too.
