That's right! So to try to lose at champions you need:

On your side - no boosts and bad equipment

On your girl team - worst power, bad positions, avoid know-how

I play hentai heroes for nearly 3 years now... and seeing the stuff that kinkoid is doing to their games in the last time really makes me wonder if they think about what they are doing. so many players complain, have suggestions how to improve it, but the game doesn't really get better, quite the opposite.
Unfortunately, I also bought the PoA pass before I saw the task with the champions...
I will probably do it like some from my club and stop or only play very rarely

Yes, the terms "gear" and "equipment" mean the same thing.

Don't worry, upgrading them with gifts doesn't have any influence on fights, only upgrading them with books.

Well, that works, with old green gears 100 levels under, it would take me 12 times to beat a champion, I reset my gears, but quite impossible to finish. I wish I understood the gear part sooner. Thanks Finderkeeper. (I didn't buy the PoA, I wait until I know I can win to boost my chances).

That's not true, increasing their stars also increases their stats.

If you are interested, the formula is StatValue = BaseValue * (1 + 0,3 * Stars)

or if you prefer normalizing the BaseValue (the one at 0 stars) equal to 1

0 star = 1

1 star = 1,3

2 stars = 1,6

3 stars = 1,9

4 stars = 2,2

5 stars = 2,5

6 stars = 2,8

You only have to multiply for each girl original stat and girl level to get the final strength

@jelom Thanks for the advice. It helped me out a lot.

I wasn't sure what level girls I was looking at so I just made sure to choose which ever girls had a rating under 10k and usually did well with 5-7 at that rating.

 

As for finishing, I had to give up. Last day and the contest required me to sell 400 items. I debated back and forth whether to do that via a combo of selling all my first and second slot books, getting around 250, then doing a lot of x10 Great Pachinko to get the rest or just let it go. Considering the build for 50 pvp and the koban cost in that (as I had already done 25 a little while ago) I decided against it all and settled for what I had.

 

Really what slowed me down was trying to figure out how to do Champions. Again, much thanks to @jelom
