She got an extra MDR because while her MD there were a lot of complaints about her art so she got a fast rework. It was introduced with Mala (on her 2nd MD day), was kept for her revival in the same month, for Salem's revival and Rabbi's MD. Venus broke it, appearing at Donatien. But basically like "Mythic girls will drop on the first 4 villains now. We hope that his way more players can participage.". Mala changed her villain in turn on the 2nd 3rd MD day and dropped on Dark Lord from then on. ... found it, an ingame news: Looks like KK forgot about this 2 MDs later 😄, or it was intentionally reverted, but as hidden change. And after Dark Lord got a lot complaints because of the 1* Pool he has, I think, KK don't include Dark Lord into the "first 4 Villains" any more and starts the possible 4 Villains with Ninja Spy, so Donation is the 4th possible Villain for MD.
