Fighting the same boss repeatedly is gambling against odds.  There's a loss and a rush to winning most of the time unless it takes 4.5k-5k~ then small shard drops make the win not even worth it unless the girl is a 5 star.

Fighting against a checklist is just that.  Literally no one in both clubs we're in has had any fun with this event or the hentai clicker event because of how grindy its been.  Just to throw up a quote: i know it's possible, i made it, but it was no fun and it required an amount of effort that makes mentally sane ppl run away instead of liking your game more, it's counterproductive for them too imo.

No one has ever accused me of being mentally sane, but the PoA events have made me like this game even more.

So, as this event is drawing to its close, is there any comments or discussions on the artistry of the four girls or is this a good place to do it?

Just looking for a second eye but it seems like Salem's nipples and areolas  slid down her breasts in her pose 3, as opposed to how they set in her pose 3 in her original version.

I like three of the girls, but Lola is butchered to no end... ;-;

Do people really have problems saving their tickets? I thought I was normal, having over 1000 saved up. Then again, I usually stop fighting a champion after I've unlocked their girl. The rolls you get on their gear don't usually justify the ticket price.

Do people realize that not everyone has all the champion girls, not the champion girls covering their specialty or even not a single one? :S
Also, if you ever saved up 1000 champion tickets, you don't need to talk about the "ticket price" at all (in particular the 120 for the event). If i have 100+ champion tickets again, i'll turn them into money and try to get my first champion girl.
Prolly you're at the other end of the game and don't need money, tickets or anything else 😜

I read a while ago there's a technique for if you have few enough tickets you get some free ones.  I never verified it myself but that might be the people having problems or might be people not through all the champion girl acquisition.  I try to keep around 100 in case something new came up but have otherwise been using mine, because I don't see why you'd stockpile unless you were worried something really extreme would come up or you really don't need money (or not worth time...ok I guess there's a number of reasons :)).
I may stock a few more now, 1000 seems a bit extreme=)

So...I doubt you're normal but what do I know=)  Maybe the normal people are non-vocal.

PS: I do consider myself somewhat near endgame (good points on other replies to that end).  This may have been previously discussed but I don't believe this event was at all focused for people not near endgame.  In fact, I've seen other games and sites where they try to bait veterans to clear their inventories...both occurances of this event feel more like that to me.  That being said, no complaints, just something else to do (or not do).  FTR, I did feel this iteration was better than the last.
PPS: Congrats to everyone who finished the event to their contentment.

Yes! When you are constantly needing to fight the champions to make up for income shortfalls to level-up your character, and girls, and develop a club from scratch you have no choice on keeping the tickets. I find myself using them within minutes when playing. The exception is a 3-day period each week when I have less than an hour a day of free time.

I disliked this event. This game has a normal, relaxed pace, but during this 7-day event I wasn't able to relax at all. I had to constantly keep up with timers to do the tasks on time. And I had to constantly waste resources to finish the tasks. That's a very taxing pace for a 7-days event.

And I'm not happy that I had to stock up tickets and items in my inventory without using them for the specific purpose of just finishing these tasks. 120 tickets wasted  on spamming battles non-stop against every champion instead of fighting only the one I want. Because I had to stock up those tickets for nearly two weeks I also lost around 42 tickets from 3 free tickets per day, which equals to 5k kobans. I had to waste quite a lot of ymens on something that I don't need. I had to sit and farm wins in arena to get the wins in PvP. And I did it for much longer than simple 16 wins. And guess what did I get for those wins? Yes, nothing - no experience, no items, no ymens, because all of those extra rewards were removed from arena before this "Path of Attraction" events started. Isn't that great?!

The only good thing about this event was girls. I don't know why you continue to name different girls with the same name Lola, but hey, all other 3 girls were drawn extremely well and that was good. But that rouses the question: Why don't you use that good quality art for all of your new girls?

And overall I think the whole format of this event is wrong for this game. This task driven format is present in a lot of other different games and it makes sense there, but I don't think it fits in this game. At least not the way you did it.

So, I have a suggestion for the format of this event.
You have 5 bars of tasks and each of them crossed with a 2-4 big Tier rewards.
5 tasks are 1)Sell items; 2)Defeat players in PvP; 3) Defeat Villains; 4) Spend Money; 5) Do Champion performances(no matter win/lose). Each of those tasks are bars, that track your progress and all of them has marks with a certain number to achieve in order to get Tier reward. The moment all 5 tasks reach the mark of a Tier - the Tier reward is unlocked. In this way you can still continue your progress on the other tasks, while waiting on the one you got stuck. And Tier rewards should contain the rewards for all tasks. And if you want to keep part of the rewards locked behind the koban wall - you can do one of these:1) make last tiers be unlocked only through kobans; 2) make part of the reward from each tier be unlockable through kobans; 3) with each Tier one reward becomes locked with Girls locked on Tiers 2 and 4 for example. Well, let's put a picture for a general idea.

PathofAttraction4.jpg.6f7584757f85658e01d26e318b8cc376.jpg

This is a general idea and for paywall variant number 1. But my personal favourite is variant number 3, which would look like this:

PathofAttraction6.jpg.175a36691da8893d32596ca1178c5eb1.jpg

I really hope that the amount of effort I put into this shows how much I disliked this event and why.

More notes/input from a f2p player:

I started with the following hoard: about 9k koban, 15k "money",  50 champion tickets, 180 energy (see below), and a couple dozen excess items to sell.

I chose to make this more challenging by only going for the first set of girls (i.e., not spending 7200 koban until completely through).

I finished with about five hours to spare. The hardest part was paying attention to each upcoming challenge and breaking from routine to wait for the right times to do things, like sell items and performing arena and tower battles.

Before the event started I had been trying (yet again... 8th attempt) to beat Ryu to win his girl, so I only had half of the hoarded champion tickets I normally kept. One thing that helped me though -- because I had reached "edge"/last chapter of the haremverse a while ago, I had piled up close to 100 extra energy (I had around 180 at the start of this event), which allowed me to do three champion battles, and then I still had to use koban twice to get up to the total 80 battles. Also, doing the second arena/league challenge I spent koban to refill one time to do more league battles (not clear whether or not I would have finished in time otherwise).

As I said, it wasn't until I was done that I spent my remaining koban for the other two girls. Slightly less painful thanks to the end-of-the-week leaderboard rewards, giving me enough extra koban that I had 2900 when done.

I'm one those not a fan of these kinds of events, but I thought I would give this one a try anyway. I was able to finish mostly because I hoarded in anticipation AND being advanced enough in levels to have stood a chance. I remain not a fan, and next time will likely not do more than go for the first/easy girl (assuming next one is set up in a similar way).

Actually, you DO win something from the extra arena wins. Since you accumulate mojo for wins, you gain in ranking which results in more awarded at the end of the week when they do the leaderboard rewards.  A trivial amount, but still makes your statement incorrect.

I think this is the one that does it for me. I might be really unoptimized compared to other players, but as of right now it'll take me 6 hours to finish off Alban, and that's IF I remember to bug him every 15 minutes (I won't). Combine that with the decay factor and in the end the champions don't quite justify the effort to me.

Everyone is different of course. Thanks to everyone who responded. Sometimes I forget that I've been playing the game pretty regularly for 3 years now. In that regard, I hope the devs can find a way to balance the PoAs for all players. I have to admit that despite my apparently huge resource pool, timing this whole thing was definitely annoying at certain points. I can see the potential of events like this, but the concept could still use some refining.

I, personally, don't. The amount of Mojo I got from those excessive wins didn't put me in the next reward category, which would have rewarded me an incredible additional amount of 28 XP and 55.1k ymens. So I beg to differ that my statement is correct. If it was worth for you, then I am honestly happy for you, but it wasn't for me.

You don't have to claim the rewards as soon as they're available, but if you don't collect them by the end of the event then they will be lost.

wow thats so bad, when we got used to earn our rewards of missions even when we dont connect the last day to get them ... -_-

I'll gladly admit that I was wrong in thinking this event was impossible without prior prep. I had only 7 tickets to begin with and actually managed to complete it with 2 minutes to spare, only spent the 7200 kobans for the second rewards.

The tickets were 100% the biggest roadblock and had I had a stash prior it would have been cake. I did, however, have to babysit the game and make sure I did my arena fights as soon as they refreshed for ~9 hours in order to complete it without spending more kobans. Just glad I got it done, Salem was the motivator 😁

It took me a while to cover everything.

We are brainstorming a few new objectives and options on PoA (with fewer Champion battles).
It's a relevantly new event and some polishing will be needed.  Fingers crossed for the next one  😁

Thank y'all for the feedback

Thanks Noacc for letting us know this. Be careful to not put a step like "be first in a contest" becouse it would be really too much pay to win tho :) (i usually end a contest in events at like 27 position usual). Again thanks for the communication

Something as "simple" as "beat 3 champions" might be miles better. Sure new people like me won't be able to do it, but at least we'll directly see why. ("and hey next time we can finish it"). But it's actually rewarding doing good instead of just wasting time.

If this is your quality of suggestion, please stop making suggestions. That idea is awful.

HOLY SHYTE!  Pulli, are you KIDDING ME!?  Beat 3 champions.   You might as well just change your suggestion to spend TONS of real cash to purchase champion tickets.

BEAT 3 champions.  Christ, if the dev's EVER did that they might as well make a challenge to pass just say spend $75 dollars.

I'm with George, that is a HORRIBLE suggestion.

How is that horrible, it actually rewards you for playing well, and beating the game. I've just started but I already *had* to beat 3 champions, actually a 4th time. As in one round.

It's horrible in that it makes it nearly impossible for average or newer players to complete.  The event as it is now at least allow players, like me, who take a relaxed approach to the game to recruit/acquire 1 or 2 of the four girls that were available.  Your suggestion would only allow whales and hardcore players to acquire the girls.

I cannot speak for others but I know why I play the game.  Just to relax, pass time, acquire girls and read stories at a leisurely pace and not have to "win win win" in some stressful environment.

As the event is now it allows relaxed players to have fun and it also allows the ultra competitive types to do what they like.

It's balanced.

I'm not saying to put all 4 behind it? Maybe first two behind 'beat 1 champion' and another behind beating another 2. Right now I don't see how it is fun, there's no reward for doing well or anything, nothing really matter apart from clicking in time during the event. There is no choice, no chance to get better or worse than others, just the same linear approach everyone has to walk.

For me, the fun is in the acquisition of the girls and reading the stories behind them.  Not in any competitive nature. I get NO "fun" from making the challenge more difficult nor in making my harem "better".  I'm not here looking for "challenges".  Real life is full of enough of them.  I'm here to escape real life, it's challenges, and just to unwind and relax.

The WORST thing they could do is make a step to beat the champions in order to acquire a girl.  We already have that in the champion challenge.  We do not need the same roadblock in events.
