Being at exactly 70 shards means, it's probably a girl you got 35 shards to drop twice, from a champion, during an event. You could also get her a different way, from the Sultry Mysteries (60-120 SC). If she has an element you need for passives, then I'd use that as an excuse to get her. On the other hand, if you're missing many L5s from the MP pool, then it's best to save MPx3/6s for them. I'm missing Norou and Sia Siberia, so I'm waiting to stock up a potential 600 shards in MPx3/6s, before spending them on 3-stars. It depends on your long-term goals regarding both EP and MP. If you have a plan and a proper strategy with a strict regimen in place with the goal to empty your Epic Pachinko pool someday... then burning valuable MP orbs on any random event girl, even one you already have at 70%, would be counterproductive. This is the long and hard road, though. It does lead to much better results and more comfort in your planning and gameplay eventually, but it requires a lot of patience and dedication for a couple of years to get you there. So it's not for everybody. If you have no particular plan, then why not. With a pretty full EP pool, you're unlikely to ever get much better use from your MP orbs than completing event girls anyway.
