This stage would not have been a problem had the last contest been anything besides selling items where a player had to sell about 100 items for a top-four finish.

Well, you know it's not mandatory to finish in the top 4 in every single contest... Especially the "sell item" one : We now know that we have to keep items for the "sell items" step of PoA, it's definitely not a surprise anymore at this point, so if you decide to sell all your items for a contest, you can't complain that you're out of items to sell for the next Path of Attraction.

As for the event itself, I'm having a pretty slow start... I unfortunately ranked up to Dicktator 1 so I can't get a single win from the league, and the Arena is being mean with me as well : I only got 11 wins so far... I hope I can still reach step 7 today, but I'm already late on my schedule...

True enough, but frustration with KK's refusal to pay attention to a 62% WOM group rears its ugly head now and then for me. And when it does, I say screw it and go for a "feel good" moment.

KK continue to amaze with their endless carnival of events. Just cured my nerves after the legendary competition, as the attraction of unprecedented generosity looks again. At least not as stressful as the previous one, although if I, for example, had leaked all the kobans in the previous event, my ass was on fire now so it could probably see the glow from outer space. But thank God I am a stockpile hamster and I have the resources.

As for the quality of girls' drawing, it is certainly not what it used to be, but it is not the worst either. There's probably a Shina effect (previously called the Sarah Jay effect) - you look at the new girls, you remember "poor Shina", you're baptized, you spit over your left shoulder three times, you're baptized again, you say to yourself "at least these are better" and everything doesn't seem so bad anymore.

Yes, because battling players does not give you the chance to collect items. The Daily missions only give you four items, so you end up battling villains twice, once to gain items to sell and then again to complete the stage four. This stage would not have been a problem had the last contest been anything besides selling items where a player had to sell about 100 items for a top-four finish.

Why should this event have been planned around your ill-advised decision to dump all your items on a randomly generated daily contest shortly before?

Incidentally, it wasn't just selling items, it had a donation component as well.

Wait a min...why the face is changed?

I second this question. New version is better in my opinion(looks almost like original), but the fact that they changed it without any words is worrisome.

It seems like they listen to our feedback but instead of actually changing something they just do damage control. And there's a huge difference between two.

The quality of the art itself was steadily growing for these new artists. So yes, it is starting to look good decent. The problem is that they apply those new looks to already established girls instead of creating new ones. And that is the problem - making strange and sometimes ugly version of girls that we already love and cherish.

Since when is it ill-advised to play the game? Maybe they should consider their schedule event calendar beforehand instead? Look, I am not complaining about the situation I was in when I got a chance to see the event. I am one of the paying customers and can adjust what I do to make things work. I am saying the multiple PoA styled events create problems that lead to hard feelings for a considerable number of players. Switching stages two and four would have lessened the blow. The issues around the PoA events are not my imagination. They have caused players to leave the game, not new players, players who have been faithful for two years or more, and each one of them represents over 40,000 negative reviews (according to Forbes) for the game!

Question: is there any other way to spend energy? Because I finished the digisekai and now I'm stuck.

There is one small mission open in the next zone, you can do that. You can convert 60 to a ticket in the champions arena, but, yes, it's going to be hard for you (and me, I'm in the same boat).

Would you like me to repeat the words "randomly generated contest" a few more times?

(For those who were wondering about the competent vs. incompetent players distinction earlier... Hint: Competent players consider the potential opportunity costs of their decisions.)

Champions -> Reception desk.

I think I can hear the sound of GeorgeMTO's head hitting the wall each time this question is posted.

Stop it! I know the contests are random. The design of PoA events is planned, and KK failed in the planning.

No, you failed yourself by jeopardizing your performance in a "proper" event to chase a feel-good moment in the random dailies.

So you disagree with my suggestion on how the PoA could have been improved with a smidgin of forethought. That's okay, its what makes us human and not robots or RNG generators

Maybe the next one should be 10 challenges/2 girls like the first couple PoAs.  I think that would solve a lot of issues people seem to be having.

If they reduce the number of event harem members they make them 5 stars instead

The rewards (regular + 7200 Koban bonus) are 20+30 energy, 14+0M cash, 35+50 combativity, 28+40 champion tickets, 1+2 Great Pachinko 10x, 4+8 Epic Pachinko 1x, 0+1 Mythic Pachinko 1x, 1+1 Mythic Pachinko 3x, 1+1 Event Pachinko 4x.

The 7200 Koban bonus orbs average out to a little less than 1 girl, compared to about 3 girls in the anniversary Path of Attraction (which had great rewards).  For a dedicated paying player or a league high scorer, it is still a good proposition.  And for an ordinary dedicated free player (i.e. you complete all daily missions and league fights), it comes down to whether you like the bonus girls.

For 7200 Kobans, you can get either:
- ≈3 girls here (2 bonus + orbs)  (assuming you complete the event)
- perhaps ≈3 girls from the next Path of Attraction (which might possibly occur monthly)
- ≈2 extra girls from Epic Days (which is less than 3, but you get a choice of girls; plus ≈0.5 girls from orbs)
- 4 (or a little more) girls during Orgy Days (but many players already max out those (excluding pachinko); also plus ≈0.5 girls from orbs).

Time needed for the event

The required times for this event might look like this (other tasks are quick):
I. 2h - 12 daily missions
IV. 8h - 35 villains (assuming a full combativity bar at the start, and similarly below)
VI. 1h - 30 champions (assuming you have tickets and perform as worst as possible on 6 champions)
VII. 12h (or so) - 200 energy
VIII. 4h - 35 PvP (assumes 5 wins per hour, which strongly depends on the player; you can get 1.7 league wins and 0-6 arena wins per hour)
X. 23h - 100 villains (40h if you do not use the combativity rewards; instantaneous with the rewards and the bonus path; calculation excludes league and contest combativity)
XI. 9h - 60 PvP
XII. 3h - 65 champions
XIII. variable - 10000 points in contests (unfortunately, the contests are not announced in advanced here)
XIV. 11h - 70 PvP.

Assuming 6 hour/day average inefficiency from sleep/breaks and 12 hours for the contest, this adds up to a little under 5 days (and hence about one day to spare).  Thus, assuming attention to the game and good management of resources, most players will be able to complete all missions without spending Kobans.  Exact times will depend on your sleep/break schedule (though you still gather resources while you sleep), your PvP win speed (whether you bother with the arena, arena win probability, and any problems with winning in the league), whether you save the combativity rewards for the next event (though there is a 48h gap this time), any champion related delays, and the contest selection.  (Still, I prefer 'relax and enjoy' games over time management games.  And there is nothing wrong with playing casually or having work or other obligations.)

So yes, there is the confusion: yellow orb for red Pachinko and red orb for yellow pachinko...

thanks, I never thought about that, because I use them rarely^^

thanks ,i no can see the color in my pc when HD  update arrived

i see all in black(maybe my eyes are closed)

And it's true, it would be better to put red in red and yellow in yellow, so there would be no confusion

They worked on the wrong girl.  They needed to redraw Miyu "cow" calves.

I never shy away from giving negative feedback on art when relevant, but you guys simply made a wrong assumption based on the initial pose, here. These are large BOOTS. You know, like snow boots? She takes them off in later poses and her calves are absolutely fine. There are enough actual issues with art quality as it is, no need to imagine extra ones just to complain some more. This is counterproductive, even.

I didn't make an art review this time, but overall these pieces are whatever. Nothing terrible, nothing really good either. Most drawings of Sady and some poses of Cunegonde feel pretty amateurish and a bit awkward, while some poses of Venam and most of Miyu's feel rushed. All of them seem to lack inspiration and there isn't much charm or appeal to be found. But yeah, we've had way worse. And again, Miyu's boots are fine.

Still, between the subpar side rewards and the whatever artwork, not to mention the accelerated quest from Kinkoid to make us burn away all our resources faster and faster (so as to push us into spending more real money, I can only imagine, although this seems like a very bad strategy to me)... I'll keep my 7.2k kobans this time around, thank you.
