So assuming S3 is a multiple of 15 players, and since there's both 102 and 103 player leagues, and assuming there's less than 1000 players in S3, then there's either 615 players in 6 leagues (average 102.5 players per league) or 720 players in 7 leagues (average 102.86 players per league). We didn't get enough data to completely confirm the size of S2 last week, but it was almost certainly either 1740 or 1755 players. Based on my own assumptions and the reports of groups sized 104 and 105 for this week, the S2 player count appears to be 2085 now. So, with 20 brackets providing promotions, next week's S3 should see 825 players in it, finally enough to create Dicktator 1 another week after that.
