Sure, you have to wait more than a year until she reappear in the LD again, but at this time you can gain more shards from her (after you had made sure that you have 40 shards from the new LD Girl) and reduce so the needed coins. The only girls I've got above 40 are labyrinth, pvp and 1 of the monthly event girls, and I've got no girls showing up in the shop.
