  2. this is a more detailed report of my orb use in 2021, if anybody cares. I didn't keep track of when avatars were in the pool and when not I never skipped a chance to go for a girl when someone was in my pachinko - I either pulled until the drop or until my orbs ran out (3 times earlier in the year) I count it as: January-November, 1,437 orbs spent on 20 drops (1.4% drop chance) December: 518 orbs spent on 2 drops (0.38% chance) January-December: 1,955 orbs spent on 22 drops (1.1% drop chance) I disregarded two free pulls and one sure-orbed drop mythic orbs 2021 42 - GOT 38 - GOT 1 - GOT 111 - nothing 51 - GOT 5 - GOT free pull - GOT 48 - GOT 135 - nothing 55 - nothing 50 - GOT 66 - GOT 53 - GOT 10 10% orbs 98 - GOT 55 - GOT 80 - GOT 36 - GOT 13 - GOT 61 - GOT 36 - GOT 157 - GOT free pull - GOT 47 - GOT 147 - GOT 52 - GOT 196 - GOT 322 - GOT

  4. Yup, I guess I shouldn't have tempted fate by stating this just yesterday: And on the next day... +10. Or rather "x10" which is what the devs should do to the Villain Objective to make this PoV reasonable. My biggest issue with this type of bad joke slash terrible design is that, to be a bit clearer about what I've been saying for some time now, the high value I give to the full PoV is ONLY for the FULL PoV: both paths to the very end. If I can only barely grab rewards up to the 2,500 points milestone, then it's even questionable whether it's worth my 3.6k kobans. We'll see if they listen to feedback, I'm definitely giving it a shot and telling CMs about it (as I'm sure other mods probably already did). And CMs are smart too. The question is whether GD will admit to the "oops we broke it again!" and fix it or not. In the meantime, I'll stick to free path in case they don't. EDIT/PS: On top of that, the free path girl was made by one their artists whose work I like the least from their current roster (and is the least faithful to the game's visual style and to the characters they draw), whereas Murane behind the koban lock was made by one of their best artists ever.

You're not alone in this, trust me (and no doubt any regular in this thread experienced exactly this quite a few times over the past few months). - Script be like "EZ PZ, brah!" - RNG be like "Whassup, fools?" ^^ ----- What a gap between #2 and #3! Unless there were some serious rushes in the final half hour, that's quite something. ----- Dude, stop wasting your talent and open an art gallery already! I'd pay top dollar (if I had any ^^) to have this beauty on a wall in my living room.

I can only advise everyone: forget about the "bonus" rewards after 2500 points ... not worth the ressources nor the time.. since the important rewards(up until 2,5k) are still achievable for free I´m not too mad about it..though I´d really want to know who at KK comes up with the points given per task .. I mean this and the pachinko one are just ....

  9. I ended up finishing 6th last week in D3, which was my best ever finish. My experiment was successful in that I learned some things. Mostly it's got to be 3 AM boosters or just 1. 2 was the wrong number, but I started the experiment part way in, and was doing to well in real time to not take a shot at a top 4. If I had caught the right people unboosted earlier , it could've worked. I do feel that Ic an get back to a regular top 15 using just one booster, which is okay.

  11. My first Top 1 (quite sure the next one will be in a long time). When I left the morning I had only 5 points more than the second ... it seems that it has been enough. I used for the first time AM (and 3) but it was a good investment.

Attempt #15 in D3 Info: <current league> [<last league stats>] [<personal best>] Points: 6289 [6205] [6299] Average: 20.89 [20.28] [20.58] Victories: 287/306 [290/306] [292/306] Always with a mix of legendary boosters, no mythic. Another Top 15. I'm happy that I can stabilize these results without a big effort or additional koban investment. This week I skipped a few fights. The chances to score a victory were low and I didn't need the points for the ranking so I saved the necessary kobans.

  13. This would have been a good pov to merge the pachinko pov into and they could have given points for finishing missions and accepting places of power rewards with this one since it's pve lol

  14. Well, I'm a lot less enthusiastic about this PoV. With free regen over 14 days, we may be able to get 3164 points. Assuming 30 Tickets per day, 10 Pantheons, and 48 Villains per day: - 30x14x3: 1260 for Champions - 10x14x4: 560 for Pantheon - 48x14x2: 1344 for Villains It's enough to complete the main path (2500 Points), but nowhere near what you need for the extended path (6500 points). If you have some stored Champions tickets, it's probably easier (So planing will be important). If you're planing on spending Kobans on Villains for the various events, it may also be easier. But otherwise, it's a lot more difficult than the first 2 events.

  15. I think it's symptompatic of exactly that - people leaving. But worry not! I'm sure the shard limits will simply be lowered so that that sought after feeling of artificial scarcity (by the Devs, if not anyone else) will be reintroduced back into the gamer population.

  16. I wouldn't recommend using Mythic Boosters, unless you're stuck on the next *500 level (to get the girl a bit earlier). Otherwise, you'll just force your way through one wall, just to hit the next one earlier and harder. Probably best to wait for a few levels and good blessings. I was able to beat lvl 900 this morning. As expected, using the correct set of boosters (2 Cordy + 1 Chlorella instead of 1 Ginseng + 2 Chlorella) was enough to prevent the boss from healing too much. It fell in 10 turns instead of 16.

  18. I think the kisses are good regardless. Without any specific planing or preparation, I should be able to get at least 90 fragments on the KC girl this time (82 at the moment). My best so far was 68 (And more like 50-60 most of the time), and that included some Seasons kisses. This time, I used PoV (45 Kisses) and 3 Champions (30 Kisses), everything else is natural regen. Had I stored some kisses from anywhere else, I would probably have been able to finish the event, for the first time. Since PoV happens every 2 weeks, we should often have proper alignments, making it possible to at least attempt one of the 2 KC events. And if it doesn't work, well, that's not really an issue We're used to not getting the girl, by now but stored kisses are so rare that every bit really helps (And the fact that you can store them for up to 14 days is nice, too).

I agree with @JustVisitingReborn (except that kisses from PoV are worhtless, they save you many kobans in KC and made you advance in seasons), we shouldn't be greedy reclaiming that PoV be so easy as to reach 6500 just with normal gameplay in all the iterations. The objective is reaching 2500 points and that is definitely doable in the PvE version and ridiculously easy in the previous ones. The extended path rewards should be viewed as Seasons rewards after you get the girl, even if their ingame value is bigger than there. Let's give kinkoid credit for this feature, it is a nice addition of resources and girl even if you don't unlock the second set.

  20. I'm not sure I could agree with you on this. Yes I'd agree that this PoV is harder to reach the end of. But the last PoV was ridiculously easy. Even if you stick to just the free path and only go to 2.5k potions (which should be trivial), that's still a lot of free stuff. It seems a little unfair to categorise the whole feature in that manner when any player should be able to reach the end of the main free path without any additional investment..... As far as value of the Koban locked path - I agree this is some drop off in value by not getting to the end of everything, but the vast bulk of the value is still achieved by 2.5k potions. The extra you're getting beyond that is: 80k GXP (~2 days of natural shop refreshes) 8xMP (~1 day of PoP) 24xKisses (worthless unless you have the additional Kisses to pick-up a KC girl) 16xCombativity (~23 Koban) 400 Gems Compared to the PXP, GXP, Girls and Boosters gained in the main path, the above seems comparably trivial. I agree that it makes the PoV worth less if you don't reach the end, but it still seems to me like a better investment than the PoA that costs twice as much.

  21. It seems to me that this version of the Path of Valor should have been released after updates with Boss Bang and Elemental Pantheon, which just give you the opportunity to take the maximum for free.

  24. I wonder what gave you this impression? On the contrary, I completely agree with you. I'm often complaining about how hard it is for those of us who started "too late" due to the gross imbalance the game has basically always had with a completely unfair and illogical "older account? you win!" approach to "competing in PvP", among many other things. And that's typically having in mind players like me who started the game 2 and a half years ago now (and are dedicated, patient and hardcore as hell in their approach and long-term strategy). It goes without saying that I wouldn't even bother starting the game as it is today. And I already felt that way before the game-shattering Awakenings patch definitely closed the door on any potential future players who aren't either utterly casual and with zero interest in ever being competitive (or growing a decent collection, for that matter, since the two go hand in hand), OR very rich and okay with taking the recently-introduced purely P2W route to "catching up". EDIT: Regarding the specific topic this thread is about, I posted this in the Patch Notes thread back when this was still the latest patch: Does it sound like I'm forgetting about new (or future) players to you? ^^

  26. Don't go for Top 15, just stay in the league where you are comfortable until it becomes too easy. It's a good way to balance your gameplay experience. There's a number of reasons for this: 1) Until you are a level 400+ user, League should always be an effortless experience for you that only adds money. If you just keep endlessly advancing, you'll end up in leagues that eat you up like fishfood, you'll be forced to buy boosters and end of the week you'll hardly earn any reward kobans. What you should always aim for is a League where you can get to Top 15-30 without spending anything and earn a healthy maximized addition of kobans each week. This is how the game works best until you are super high level and can go for Dicktator Leagues. 2) It's also important to not be in a too high or too low league because of Contests and Events. Multiple times a month there are challenges where it's advantageous to defeat a large number of people in a day (xp, combat, poa). A good Harem player is in total control of his placement and League. A smart player leaves easy targets alone until they need guaranteed wins, and leaves easy high level targets alone until they need to maximize xp rewards. When you are in a League thats suitable for you, you can plan out exactly what to do for max profits.

  27. Another path coming to an end (!! half a day left to claim your rewards !!), another success (IMO). I ended up on ~8000th position with 9100 Points (Removing one O and moving the T makes it sound a lot better ). Once again, I see players of all levels in the top 1000 (The range is even wider than the first time, with players as low as lvl 117), which indicates that pretty much anyone can complete the path (With a bit of time and effort, probably; and choice, of course ). I couldn't really optimize it as much as I would have liked, but decided to go for it anyway. I probably wasted too many books on lvl 1 girls that won't become useful any time soon; but it coincided with a contest, so it's not all wasted... And then I overshot by 2600 points. The next one should be the "PvE" objectives. It's a completely new path, so we'll see how it goes. I didn't choose the best moment to hit the Pantheon-900 wall . The timing is also not great, as this path won't overlap with Mythic Days (Which, I assume, would be the best time to score points against villains ), but it may encourage players to fight against Whaty for the Classic Event overlap (Although... it will end just 4 days before PoA, so we need to be careful to keep enough tickets for that. With 30 tickets per day on average, it should be fine). I like this kind of event (With collectible rewards, i.e. Season, PoA, PoV), because they work nicely with other parts of the game (Use combativity for Events, kisses for KC, XP for Contests, etc.). I might be able to almost finish KC this time, despite my lack of planing, thanks to PoV (And a bit of help from Champions). Maybe KC will finally become a F2P-friendly event?

(Well, it looks like there may have been some problem with Fri 14; I probably was still messing around with stuff.)

  29. Thank you mate, to answer your question i'm pretty happy at being in top 15. For how i play (with instinct and without the fabulous HH script) i'm pretty sure that probably i would not even deserve a spot in this top, i see how much efforts you guys put into the league (my god the graphs too now O.O wowww) so is pretty fine with me: Big Brain wins the instinct I'll give my (very little and probably useless) contribution to the thread: i used 3 ginseng all the week, i was boosted all the time (1 time i was a bit late so i'm not fully convinced), no AM booster used and i lost i think 10-15 fights. 7 for sure, and 1 was exactly against you @DvDivXXX even if i'm pretty sure i was supposed to win that (that actually got me confused), probably the crits came into play.... not sure XD. Also today i got the girl. This week my league seems hard: lots of people are way higher level than me, many have the girls at 600 (mine are still at 550 and i'm not sure if i have all the books required, probably not). If i manage to be in the top 15 here i'll be proud of myself XD

  30. Another boring week in league. As expected, Sovereign won with a lead of 79 points. Not so big as she had a much stronger team than mine and 10 lvl better. The combat would have been tighter if I had used 3 AM boosters. Sorry for my clubmate Poiuy who didn't managed to reach the top 4. Congratuliations to my other clubmate @_wismer_ for his first win in D3. 102 opponents, no loss, a good average of 23,83, 1401 kokbans spent and 2 AM booster used. Screenshot took at 12:22 GMT+1 Next week, I think I'll fight to win.

  31. Hmmm. 10 girls dropped, 1021 Orbs played, 0.98% drop rate. Although the maths are a bit confused by @Rylarth's "Buttload of orbs for 1 girl", so I'm not really sure what to make of it I ignored that for now, but it probably makes the result slightly worse If I also exclude jpanda's report because he's not sure how many orbs he spent for 0 girl, that doesn't really change the result, at 1.04%. If I take an optimistic value from his report (60 Orbs), rather than completely ignoring it, we get the aforementioned 0.98% I started counting from December 31st (Rotation #0447), since it was the first reported "good run" in a long time, and several more followed after that. So 1% is really the optimistic result. That's consistent with the previous (optimistic) result for the period between December 19th and December 29th. We're definitely nowhere near the 2% drop rate some would expect. Also, if I exclude players who reported a single run (either extremely good - 1 orb for 1 girl - or extremely bad - 212 orbs for 0 girl), the results are the same, or slightly worse. The funny thing though, is that none of these reports were average. They were all either really good (1 - 30 for 1 girl) or really bad (145+ for 0 or 1 girl). 5 lucky or very lucky reports, canceled out by 4 unlucky or very unlucky ones.

  32. got the girl a few minutes before event ending; 1018 nubans invested in refills + 450 in boosters. I lost today contest though since it took me too long to get her. Anyway, hopefully the remaining shards dont indiciate that so many players have left the game.

  34. I realise that value is somewhat subjective, but I really am at a loss that so many people still seem to feel that the paid PoA is more valuable than the paid PoV or that it is even debatable. I'm going to strip this down to make a comparison of what you get for your Koban. Before going further a few notes: - I am ignoring anything that you get on the free path for either. This is just looking at the extra gained for spending Koban. - This uses last month's standard PoA (not the crappy one and no 6xMP) - I am only looking at up to 2.5k potions on PoV - I have doubled the rewards for PoV to reflect that you could buy 2xPOV for the same as one PoA - I am looking at this from higher (ish) level perspective. So the rewards for each are as follows: PoA 1xMP 4x10GP 11xEP 52xCombativity 8xKisses 45xTickets 110xEnergy 2xGirls 800 Gems 7mil Ymen PoV 14x10GP 4xEP 44xCombativity 40xKisses 347.2k GXP 239.4 PXP 2xGirls 1600 Gems 2xSandlewood Perfume If we cancel out anything that matches on the two list, so that we can see what we're getting EXTRA by investing in one over the other. I'm going to convert any leftover Combativity/SP boosters to Koban. Both these resources are things that most good players will buy on a regular basis and as such these can be saving. I am NOT doing this with the Pachinko orbs, tickets or Energy. If I did so I do appreciate that PoA comes out looking better. However, how many people here would honestly recommend paying 20 Koban (Nutaku) for 1 ticket? Likewise, there's little need to buy/store Energy and Pachinko orbs are overpriced when you buy them with Koban. PoA 1xMP 7xEP 45xTickets 110xEnergy 7mil Ymen PoV 10x10GP 32xKisses 347.2k GXP 239.4 PXP 800 Gems 165 Koban Looking at the PoA - Energy and Tickets are nice but hardly a hugely valuable resource. Ymen has become tighter recently, but mostly for those who are doing additional shop refreshes to buy extra GXP and the Ymen on offer here is a drop in the ocean compared to the GXP from the PoV. The real value in the PoA is the 7xEP. Looking at the PoV - Kisses are mostly a dead resource (unless you can bank enough of them for the KC), so they can be ignored. Likewise, most players that are pushing on to high levels of Awakening are finding Gems are not the bottleneck so we can discount them (though for lower level players these are really valuable). The extra Kobans could, if you spent them on the overpriced EP orbs, offset almost two of the EP orbs from the PoA. The real value here is in the P/GXP. The question of value - from my pov - really comes down to an extra 1-2 player levels (or a lot more for lower level players) and and extra 350k GXP (upgrading a Mythic to level ~560) vs 5xEP (~0.25 of a 3*girl). This just does not seem like even a question to me. Unless I was level 500 the PoV spend seems like a FAR better investment. And even then, given the bottleneck in GXP, I'd be inclined to view the 350k GXP as more valuable to me. Someone convince me that the PoA paid path is worth a lot more than I'm seeing here!

  35. It would be nice to sort item in the market by class or rarity and maybe add a sell button in bulk because ive used the 10x great pachinko so many times that my inventory is full of random stuff and it takes alot of time to look for the stuff i want

  38. I know, no one will read this, but I have fun designing games so why not. How I'll change gems. Problem A: too much asimmetry The moment I'm writing I own 2500 Orange Gems and 120 White gems. Fun fact: I've promoted more Orange girls than White ones. Simply speaking, White gems drop less. Coincidentally, many of the White girls of mine are L3*, so they cost way more than Orange ones (many are C3* or C5*). The issue is you don't have an equally distributed harem. Not even with 200+ girls. Solution: market exchange. A new tab where you can exchange gems in the ratio of 2:1 (or 3:1). Spend 300 Orange gems to get 150 White gems (or just 100). This should somehow compensate without changing most of the balance. Problem B: people hate gems I dunno why, they added a new level of control over the game and I didn't see anyone spoiling it by money. Anyway, I understand the rant. Solution: give gems another use - specifically, the one of dating tokens. Let's pick a Red Girl. To get her you need [1000- (collected shards*multiplier)] Red gems. The multipier decrease by rarity. Now probably people will love such gems and purchase them. It also seems fitting to the theme. Problem C : Pyramidal Excess and Bottleneck The Awakening Pyramid look to me as a last minute addition, something like a 'magic number' the moment designers knew someone can simply boost his best team and ignore all others. To force awakening and gem expenses, they came up with such magic numbers. Magic numbers are against the open nature of a progressive game. The bad effect is an evil bottleneck: you don't awake anymore, no need to purchase gems, as you're simply promoting 100+ unusefull Commons up to level 550. In the meanwhile, nothing actually change for your deployed teams. When reaching the requirement, levelling up flood in and then stop again. Solution: progressive awake. That's mean that for every girl you awake, you add +x (+3?) girls to the lower tier requirement. As an example: to awake the first girl to Level 300, you need three girls of level 250. To awake the second, you need six of level 250. And so on. To awake the first girl at level 350, you need three girls at level 300 (then six and so on). Distributing this way probably will end to cost the same amount of gems, but should avoid any bottleneck. (The first one telling 'the issue of gems is they do exist' won a doll, but I'll hate him forever)

  39. To think I never noticed this thread... I'm really glad you contributed to (and earned a prize in) the recent contest, or I would still be missing out on your work. Your Natasha rework is AWESOME. So much better than the one we have in the actual game (and so much more fitting for the game). More than that, it's a beautiful woman with some extra curves, and we need more love for various (and more realistic) body types in this game. The overly cartoonish in-game version doesn't do her justice at all, she looks more like a snowman than a lady, and that's a missed opportunity. Thanks a lot for your great work! I'm saving this one for my personal archives as well.

  41. Another week in D3, started at level 441, finished at level 442. Here is the screenshot taken almost 2hours before the end but at least the top 4 was still the same just before the end. Final rank: 2nd Boosters used : 18 legendaries (1 cordycep / 2 gingseng 6 times). 3 mythic. 103/102 players -> 102/101 opponents -> 306/303 possible fights -> 303 fights performed -> 303 wins and 0 losses As you can see, we were 103 players in the league until Wednesday 7pm UTC+1. Then, after the snapshot we were only 102 players. Of course, I didn't fight the player who disapeared. So, I had 3 fewer fights than most other players and it costed me about 63 points. I needed only 42 points to win this league. 😭😭😭😭😭 I don't know if the first of the league had the same issue or not, so I can't be sure at 100% I would have won this league without that problem but it really let a bitter taste in the mouth. Of course, I sent a ticket to the support at least to have a compensation concerning kobans and orbs but I don't have much hope about that. Edit: I finally got the info the top 1 player had not fought the missing player either (thanks to shal). At least, no regrets for me, it wasn't my time to get a victory in D3. Take care.

  42. i havent had time to check all the kobans you can get and you have to invest, but at least for me, it's more or less break even; but, you are right @holymollythat's not enough for a regular f2p player; and honestly, i think that's okay, you should get everything every month as a f2p, you have to take priorities. Eventually I will be in the same boat, i am just lucky my bankroll is higher atm. That being said, a better balance should still be found. @DvDivXXXthanks for the answer - just to be clear: There was never a problem on my side; just wanted to point out that there are other ways to 'value' an event. My thinking starts in/from plurality (so there are plenty of regards to one issue) and explicates one or more regards (and hence there shouldnt be a away to set one regard absolute, even though it happens to often (for me)). Everything else we could discuss on discord, but there is no need (for me). Especially if you dont like to talk about this kind of topics (relation of language, text, logic, perception, etc. pp.)

  45. I agree with this, but am going for it due to the bolded: I'm currently on stage 4, and figure it's a couple free shots at some bunches of flowers. I think a better method would be guaranteed 20 shards, plus a larger shard payout on stage 5 completion, say 50-60 shards. That would require 3-4 runs, but one could simply know that the flowers would be coming if you don't finish.

  47. So I decided to recreate our beloved Natasha in the old school Hentai Heroes art style. I focused on two main points: the mentioned art style and fixing anatomy. Original Natasha's anatomy is questionable. Is she chubby? Is she slim with incredibly wide thighs and huge breasts? I tried to turn her into a definitely chubby girl. Now all her body parts should match one body type. I'm not used to drawing chubby girls so perhaps her face does not fit the whole image but at least it isn't a typical pointy chin. I left her original colors to have a better comparison. And these colors aren't really that bad, to me. When I attempted to recreate the old style (which, I hope, succeeded, but I'll leave this up to your opinion 😉), I used as a reference original Bunny, Christmas Bunny, and original Juliette. Finally, even if the recreation of the old style failed in your opinion, do you like it more or less than the original Natasha? How do you rate it?
