So this happened right after using a x10 i had 11 and used the x10 and got 13 then used the one left over and this happened.

This isn't a myth you can have girl from the story 100 shards aswell , i got at least 20 to 25 100 shard, once on a 5 stars legend after spending 500 kobams. so it's really not a myrh. i think i receive about the same amount of girl with balls so ... it's really great that drop rate !

Wow!!! two lucky x100 in the same event, and in epic days, saving me many fights.

for the stats (edit): 17 lucky x100 drops in 52632 battles, 0,032% or 1/3096 battles (49732 excluding Mythic girls, 0,034% or 1/2925 battles).

I don't think Kinkoid gave a definitive answer, but noone has even claimed to have gotten a 100 drop of a Mythic Girl, let alone provided evidence.
